Oil change used to be 90, now it’s 125.
Oil change used to be 90, now it’s 125. Comes with tire rotation. 3 of my tires are at 39 psi. I is only at 31 psi. I asked specifically if they put air in the low tire when they rotated them. The new manger Ben assured me they did and noticed no damage to the tire. Wrong. It is still at 31 psi and still in the same spot. What else was not done??????

I appreciate that a few people tried to help me, but
I appreciate that a few people tried to help me, but overall, the Honda team seemed to struggle with communicating effectively. I visited to get information about purchasing a new car, ask questions about the inspection done that day, and better understand the details of a recent recall. However, the experience felt rushed—as if the only goal was to have me sign papers and leave. I was told to just check the website (for buying new car) or read online reviews the mechanic made, which I found quite disappointing. Even at local auto shops, mechanics usually take the time to explain things clearly and write down important information. If you're working in sales representative position or customer service, strong communication skills are essential. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I was told, “Just take your keys and go—you can look up the rest online.” That’s not the kind of support I expected from a professional dealership. Honestly, my job involves constant research—I know how to use Google and read information online. What I don’t understand is: if customers are expected to do everything themselves online, then what’s the point of having sales representatives or customer service staff at all?

Wife took car in for free oil change end up getting charged $90 for xxxxxxxx filter replacement way to up charge and rip off customers, also their check in people have been xxxxx 2 out of 3 times I’ve been in for service
