Oil change was professional and quick. All info was shared with me, I was shown the filters that need to be replaced, great communication.

Took my car in for an oil change, the manager was very

Took my car in for an oil change, the manager was very nice and explained everything well. However my tire pressure light had gone on earlier in the week so I had added air to one of my tires and also realized the cap to that valve was missing, so I asked them to check that tire and if I could have a new cap for it. After my car was done I realized there still was not a cap on that valve so I asked and was given one. Later I realized that tire without the cap was in the same spot it had been originally so it doesn’t seem like my tires were rotated even though I paid extra for it.

I needed an emergency repair while visiting from out of town and the service department stepped up for me. James Baker took personal care to get my vintage cr-v back on the road, with techs working late and hard-to-find parts tracked down. Honda repairs are pricey, but the Zeigler team made it worth it. It's good to encounter caring and helpful people these days - two thumbs up!

Long-term customer.

Long-term customer. Had an emergency issue & called for assistance. Was frustrated with the circumstances of my emergency. James was patient (first interaction, so doesn’t know me) & explained had to order the tire & probably wouldn’t be available next day. In the end, pleased with the service

Pretty much a waste of time.

Pretty much a waste of time. The horn on our2025 odyssey started blaring early evening a few days ago Called,ziegler honda & got warranty service appt.for 11 in morning four days layer. Was there 2 hrs and went outside. There sat my odyssey! Nothing had been done! Went inside again and asked how much longer? Service was out for lunch . Needed more time. Settled to come back next week with loaner since we have no other vehicle. Service had repair order showing alarm going off....no! It was horn blaring not alarm. now we have no horn & they're keeping van two days to find out why horn started blaring.
