Another Great New Car Purchase Experience
I purchased my first new Dodge Grand Caravan 7 yrs ago and returned to Expressway Dodge to purchase a 2015 model...so pleased with all the inventory I had to choose from, the friendly & professional treatment I received, the genuine desire to meet my car needs/wants, thoroughly & patiently answering all my questions, and the actual purchase and delivery of my new minivan! I will definitely refer any friend interested in purchasing a vehicle to Expressway Dodge and suggest they ask for Nick Goebel and Jim Hale to assist in their search!

Good customer service
When we bought our truck from them, it had some problems. But they quickly took care of it and made sure we were happy. Very pleased with them so far! Service dept has been very helpful.

fun time car shopping
Most of my experiences shopping for a car have been rather stressful., but my experience with Expressway Dodge was great. My sales person was very patient with me as I looked at several different Jeeps. I never felt pressured into compromising what I wanted. All staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Warranty Service Work
Service department was good. Had to bring truck back twice for the same problem. Both times I was offered a loaner car. Truck randomly wouldn't start so the problem wasn't apparent unless it didn't start. Service dept had to trouble shoot, so they finally fixed it the second time it was brought in. Overall this dealership was great to work with. We have bought two trucks from Expressway Dodge and will most likely come back for more. Phil VanCleave and Tim were awesome sales people to work with :)

Worst Experience Ever
Drove 3 hours to wrong address (which was provided by internet sales rep). Turned around drove 30 minutes back to dealership. Receptionist was too busy eating her dinner at her desk to really help us. Called the internet guy and were informed that a guy was suppose to have contacted us and never did and that the truck we were interested in was at another lot. Drove another 30 minutes to be treated horribly by sales manager who had no idea what was going on. He didn't even know what trucks he had on the lot. Just threw us on a golf cart and drove around looking for any Dodge truck he could find. Never did find the truck that was listed online that I drove over 4hours to see. Internet salesman told me to go to website and write a review... too bad there is no where on their website to leave a review!

Waited 7 moths to have seat fixed.
I waited patiently for two months before making my first phone call when they told me it would be a couple of weeks. They then told me it would be a couple of months. I again waited and didn't keep calling and asking when it was going to be in. Then after a total of seven moths give or take I called and asked about it, they said they would get back to me. They sent me a email and asked if I was satisfied with my recent experience and I told hem that I was not. Magically in just a few short days they received my seat cover to fix the tear in my leather, funny how that works.
