Jeep Radio Replacement

My touch screen went out on my 2016 JKU and the service department replaced it within a day. That is quick service. Although the Sirius Radio had not been programmed, the Service Manager personally called Sirius and got it all taken care of for me before I left.

Great Family Van

Nick Goebel helped us find a perfect van for the family. No muss, no fuss. They added a hitch and towing package for a very fair price. The workmanship looked great.

Just a number!

Hello, My name is Kim Strong I have never been belittled so much as I have with Expressway Dodge in Evansville, In. Our 2015 Chryler 200 has broke down 5 times with zero warning once almost being smashed by a semi since it just shuts off with no warning and then I had to fight for them to put a new transmission in in August 2015. I said I didn't want the vehicle back. I was told sorry there is nothing they can do and it was given back. That was after it had broke down three times prior and me fighting I let them know I don't want that death trap back but after them going on there is nothing they can do. I would like a new transmission since at the time thats what they stated was wrong . Then now going on the present we are going 2 weeks back April 2016 the car no warning started shaking and felt like it was going to blow up and shut down twice breaking down and locking up and the hazord lights wouldn't even work . The hazord lights won't work while this vehicle locks up so other cars start honking because there is no way to show it's broke down on top of what if I was driving on the Highway and it just locks up I could be dead or in serious condition. I was told it was because it had low oil which my oil is changed when due.That was the reason it broke down and the employees fought tooth and nail and told me Im making it hard on myself then after Brian in service stated that and that now that I hate him and his vehicles sent me to a manager who told me I hope your not expecting me to buy back this vehicle and then stated good luck having Chysler buy it back! As Im sitting her in the Expressway Dodge loan vehicle and the oil and tires were due in February I am furious! Three days later I turned around for what they said was oil to breakdown on first ave were the cops had to come because it was so dangerous and this car locking up to were you can't even push it to a safe place it only can be towed. Expressway Dodge then offering me and feeling so bad for talking down to me and asking what car I would be interested in trading they are so sorry they sold us a Lemon! Came back less then 5 min later the Service manager some how managed to find a recall that they didn't take time because it was the oil and they were set on it that they put me back in this death trap! But none of this is my fault and I had to miss a half day of pay let alone my life be in danger and my families every time we get in this vehicle! And to be told I am making this hard on myself is unbelievable. I think I have been pretty calm for what I have been handed! I also just simply asked for a number for Chrystler to speak to some one and they stated sorry I can't give you that you'll have to try the one on the internet.Which I tried to report the danger of the car a year ago and have yet to get a call back and called everyday for weeks and I tried again in the current situation and still nothing. I wouldn't want this vehicle to repersent my name if it has to do with life's being put in danger! All I am asking for is a reliable vehicle I think thats not to much to ask . We shouldn't have to pay for anything! We were told all they can do is get Chrysler to pay 4,000 for us to buy another car and we would have to pay taxes and plates and we would have to pick a lower model or pay 3,000 if we want a car close to the worth of our vehicle. We should have never been treated like this and told Im sorry I don't know what you want us to do.Please help! Fair is Fair! Please share and since Chrysler won't take responsibility and Expressway Dodge sure wont! Lets make it know Life's do matter and our life is worth more then someone's salary and after they get their sale! I also paid extra for the Gap and bumper to bumper to be treated like this is insane! I have worked with Expressway Dodge for going on 7 years and bought 3 vehicles and to be treated like this... Im speachless!

Very Good Sales Approach

Bought a new Ram here after talking to several dealers. The process here was straightforward and no nonsense. All questions we had were answered in detail. Pricing was also very good, no tricks, so to speak. Jon Michael was very easy to deal with and took his time with us.

Kane was great to work with. Really took time to try to meet our needs. They don't price gouge here, but actually ask what you would pay from an individual. I felt like they were being honest with me.

Salesmen always act like they're too busy to help! Annoying

I purchased my vehicle about two months ago from expressway. Should of known from the beginning to ask for a different salesmen. He had a million excuses and kept saying sorry he was so busy!! Okay but we are here to buy a vehicle. Now since we have had the vehicle and had to make two trips to back for service work (which they were great and professional) our salesmen is still too BUSY to follow through with what he says!!

I have bought 18 new cars in my life with two in 2014.

I bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 from Expressway and a 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 4X4 from a different dealer. The reason for me going out of state for the Ram was because I had to bring the 200 in for service 4 times in it's first 6 months. I took it to Expressway where I bought it and even after giving them all the chances they showed to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I will now go out of state (just over the bridge) for my service. The sales staff are not to bright. They thought I had to except their mistakes and bad service or else. It took me 6 minutes to replace them. I know for sure I have already cost them 3 customers, two were thinking about the Chrysler 200 like mine. I let them know with the V6 I have I get between 16 and 19 mile per gal. That is worse then with the Ram with a V8.

Very Knowledgeable and easy to work with!

We just purchased a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan and we are very pleased with our experience with Expressway Dodge in Evansville, IN The salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will definitely pass on the word and refer any and all friends and family to this professional sales team.
