They were able to get me in right away for a safety

They were able to get me in right away for a safety inspection, which is unheard of these days had a few items that need to be repaired to pass inspection and they were able to complete in a timely fashion at a reasonable price.

The service staff has stepped up in professionalism since

The service staff has stepped up in professionalism since my last service (May '23). The work was completed in a timely manner as quoted, (approx 45 min) although there was a delay of about 30 min beyond my scheduled appointment time of 10:00 AM.

Pretty quick, stress-free process by all.

Pretty quick, stress-free process by all. Dealership staff were all pleasant to work with. Only negative is there was a maintenance notification that popped up while starting the vehicle. Was told that they did change oil etc. and would contact the Honda dealership in St. Joseph for me to stop by and have them reset it. To date, this hasn't been done but was just told they did change oil etc.

Hi Kali, we're sorry for that inconvenience. You shouldn't have to go to another dealership. I'm not sure why we didn't do it here. Here are the quick steps! 1. Turn on the power without starting the engine. 2. Head to Home>Settings>Vehicle>Maintenance Info>Oil Life. 3. To enter reset mode, hold down the Enter for more than 10 seconds. 4. Set Oil Life with the arrows, and press Enter.

While en route to Excelsior Springs on Saturday, my

While en route to Excelsior Springs on Saturday, my moonroof stuck in the open position. Once we arrived at The Elms Hotel I googled Ford dealerships and called Chuck Anderson Ford. The nicest young man answered and assured me they would take a look at it. They diagnosed the problem as a broken track and were able to cover the opening and securely tape it to prevent any water leakage. While waiting in their customer lounge, we all commented “this kind of quick, efficient service would never happen in Kansas City “. Thank you, Justice.
