Made appointment for a Saturday service was completed

Made appointment for a Saturday service was completed within an hour. The only complaint I have is I was charged more than the amount in my service completed text ($118.90 text showed due but was charged $121.87).

Looks like you paid with a credit card. There's a 2.5% surcharge on credit card purchases, however if you'd like to pay with a debit card there is no charge.

We understand, we do have multiple standup displays showing the charge. If you'd like, we'd be more than happy to reverse the charge and switch the form of payment to a debit card.

Understand it was a service fee to use a credit card but should have been told that upfront. Especially in times like these when most everyone uses credit cards and a 2.5% fee makes a difference when on a budget.

We loved this dealership so much, we back and purchased a new Bronco Sport a few days later. Not only is this a family dealership, they make you feel like family! Myles was again an awesome salesperson to work with. Very patient with us, fun and down to earth. Easy to work with. Definitely use them for your next Ford purchase!!!!!

As always, a positive and seamless buying process at Chuck Anderson Ford. I moved out of state recently and after having purchased vehicles here for 20 years I wanted to continue - the virtual buying experience was top notch. There was one vehicle remaining in the country that matched exactly what we wanted and Nick made it happen!

I came in 2 days in a row.

I came in 2 days in a row. Once for the truck and once for the Edge (both for the works). It took 1 hr for the truck and 1/2 hr for the edge, both had appointments. I know times can vary and things come up. I wasn't in a hurry so I'm still happy with the service. I feel they did a thorough job and communicated with me what needed to be done without being pushy

Thank you for being understanding! We'd love to be able to do 1/2 hour oil changes on everything...sometimes it's just not in the cards if the vehicle ahead of you requires more than anticipated repairs or maintenance. Also! Please keep in mind that we will pick up your vehicles at your house, perform service on them, then return them, at NO COST to you!

We are very pleased. They tried their best to fix my car. However, it didn't work!! That stupid message still comes up with that annoying ding, ding, ding.

Communication is what I value the most.

Communication is what I value the most. With my car being gone weeks at a time, frequent updates are very appreciated. Also appreciate the time put into working with an outside warranty company. I know it is frustrating.
