We bought six cars from Gandrud.

We bought six cars from Gandrud. Never had an issue. We just had our Nissan in for an oil change. They handed us a future bill for $680. They want to change the fluid in our transfer case and our rear differential, we aren’t having ANY issues, NO leaks, NOTHING and they state that in our 10 point inspection. They want to flush the transmission fluid—NO leaks (again stated on our inspection report), NO grinding, NO hard shifting, NO slipping of the transmission—NOTHING!!! The last time they talked us into doing that on our vehicle that had ZERO problems, they CAUSED a surge that got worse as we drove it. We have a 150,000 mile extended warranty and they told me if we don’t have this service done and we have some problem down the line they will tell the warranty company that we didn’t maintain this vehicle!!! They know our warranty ties us into them as we won’t have a deductible to pay as long as we use their service department for the repairs. Talk about a scam and a money making propaganda?!?!? NEVER, EVER again will we buy ANYTHING from Gandrud!!!!

Outstanding customer service!

Excellent CS from Jake, very informative & no pressure. Nick also gave great CS. First time with Nissan & very happy & love my new Rogue. Both of them made sure I was happy. Great experience in spending that amount of money.

Great experience, kind and helpful staff.

We were a little nervous at first, as we have not use this dealer before, and not sure what to expect. We were present pleasantly surprised, Jake from sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was not pressure to purchase a vehicle, but we did end up purchasing, and are very happy with the vehicle and our experience at Gandrud. All staff members were kind and helpful and fair. We would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.

Great Experience

It was a great experience from the time we stepped into the dealership. We were made to feel welcome while we waited for our salesperson, Karla, had a great test ride and worked through financing options with Kevin. We picked the vehicle up two nights later. We’re glad to be a part of the Gandrud extended family.

Great Car Buying Experience!

It was great working w Gandrud and esp. Bryce in sales! There was no pressure to buy and he made sure the vehicle I was looking at fit my needs. He went over all “bells & whistles” so i was very comfortable operating my new car ! I am very pleased w my purchase 👍😃

Looking for a trade in and Jake helped out

Went in to trade in my Hyundai Santa Fe but my credit was no good. My wife has to sign for the vehicle. Jake and Kevin went out of their way to make sure I was in a vehicle, a 2022 Nissan Altima . Thank you for making the effort I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
