In Feb. of 2009 I purchased my Saturn Vue. Bruce DuBois...

In Feb. of 2009 I purchased my Saturn Vue. Bruce DuBois was my sales person and he worked very hard to make the deal work for me. 8 weeks later Someone ran a stopsign and broadsided my car. It flipped over, but I walked away without a scratch. My Saturn Vue took good care of me. Once I had learned that my car had been declared a total loss I called Bruce and told him that I would be needing a new Saturn Vue. He had me in a new Vue (he found another "Chili Pepper Red" one per my requests) within about a week, and arranged for a "loaner" in the meantime so I could get back and forth to work. Bruce is the best! And the service at Kelly Buick is consistently outstanding.

Rich was fantastic, not only did he relate to me and my needs he saw the goals I was aiming for. He worked with me showing me every little neat feature, what to watch when breaking in the new car, maintenance and value of my investment. Rich didn't treat me like his next customer, he treated my like family caring for my safety both in the car and in my pocket. I feel confident in recommending Rich not only just to my family and friends, but to anyone looking to get a new/used car who wants that feeling of pride driving off the show room floor. I just can't say enough good things about Rich. Never...

I just can't say enough good things about Rich. Never have I been treated so well, and he is so friendly and knowledgeable! Never once did he pressure me. Rich showed me all of my options was very patient while I took several test drives. I am sure I wore the guy out.

I had a wonderful experience while purchasing my new car. Gordon is a very friendly and thorough sales person. I felt very comfortable working with Gordon and confident that he was being honest with me. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to any of my friends that are looking for cars.

Salesman was very informative and answered all the questions we had asked. We went for a test drive and was very satisfied with the way the car handled. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Optional equipment that we wanted was installed in a timely manner. My experience with Kelly Buick GMC was just the way it should be! Fantastic!!! Filling in for Bruce Dubois at the beginning, our first contact was with Roland Zuk who took me on a test drive in a vehicle that was similar to the one I was looking for. He wanted to make sure this really was the type of vehicle I wanted. He was patient, knowledgeable and most of all he listened! Because he had another customer appointment already set up that was from out-of-state, we then had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bruce. I was in the market for a 2011 Buick Lacrosse AWD and was very specific about the options and packages I wanted in the vehicle. Bruce went the extra mile and found what I wanted in another state and had it brought to Kelly Buick knowing it was exactly what I wanted. I just loved the car, it was me! The buying experience was smooth, and stress free which is the way it should be. Bruce took us through all the important information about our new lease and even though he was not feeling well with a cold he never compromised on service delivery. Thanks to Jim McHugh, the business manager, the final paper work and turn-in of my former leased car was very easy. It was clear to me that customer satisfaction and pride on the product they represent is #1 for this dealership! Thank you, thank you Bruce, Jim, and Roland for such a wonderful experience!

I'm from Quebec Canada, I drove down to this dealership cause I found the car I wanted and the price was very good. I did business with Roland Zuk is an honest and very professional gentleman. I'll recommend him highly to my friends who would like to do business the way I did!!!

I was in search of a used GMC Yukon, and I found it at...

I was in search of a used GMC Yukon, and I found it at Kelly GMC. I ended up traveling a little over 180 miles to purchase the Yukon. I did this for 2 reasons: 1) the price was right, and 2) the friendly staff. I worked specifically with Roland Zuk and Jim Mchugh. Both employees were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, genuine, and understanding. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase my vehicle. I am truly a happy customer. I would definitely recommend this dealership anytime! Thank you Roland and Jim! :)

We got to know Bruce when it was still a Saturn...

We got to know Bruce when it was still a Saturn dealership. Over the years, we bought 5 Saturns from Bruce. We could not ask for a friendlier, more helpful salesperson. We never felt "pressured" to buy a certain car, or any car for that matter. Whatever Bruce could do to help us save money, he would do. I bring my Saturn in for service to this Buick dealership now, and it is always such a pleasure to see Bruce. If we ever need to buy another car (even if it's not a Saturn!), we will certainly pay our first car-shopping visit to Bruce and Kelly Buick/GMC. I also can speak very highly of the service team...friendly and efficient.

Sales went out of their way to get me the vehicle I...

Sales went out of their way to get me the vehicle I wanted from another dealership in another state. It had all the options I wanted and more! They did a fantastic job! They also gave me a great price for the car I traded in. I left there feeling like a got a great deal! Would definitely go back to Bruce to buy another vehicle when the time comes! Thanks again, I love my Yukon!
