This was my first time being here and I was happy I made...

This was my first time being here and I was happy I made the trip. I saw prices in the internet and called ahead of time to make sure they were accurate because they were a lot less then the price I lot somewhere else and it was the price I paid. They had the perfect truck for me with everything I was looking for and it didn’t have the extras on it that I didn’t want to just drive up the price. Very happy with my purchase.

Friendly and competent staff, we enjoyed our day there....

Friendly and competent staff, we enjoyed our day there. No pressure and presented their best deal up front. I think that requiring twenty five words is a waste of time.

I drove home today a new Traverse that I purchased for my...

I drove home today a new Traverse that I purchased for my daughter. She had some specific trim levels and options she was looking at, along with color. With the selection of the Traverse in hand, I started my search on the internet to look for inventory. I had first stopped off at a Chev dealership that was close to my house. They did not have one in stock but did have one shipped and waiting in Cottage Grove for delivery. This vehicle was the right trim level and options minus the exact color of white, but at that point, I was fine with making that selection. I went home and wanted a day to decide if I wanted to return and put money down to hold the vehicle. That same day, I saw one at the Belzer Dealership, and it was the color of white I originally wanted. I submitted the form online to see what the price was, and within minutes, I received an email and then a follow-up call from Josh regarding the information and price. He was so quick to respond and answer that more and more; I started to consider making the 50-mile drive for the Belzer Dealership instead of the one close to home. After many other conversations, I decided to pull the trigger and go with the vehicle from Belzer. Josh was so much more helpful than what I was receiving previously. Not that the other salesperson didn't help me, Josh was just so much more on top of responses, answers, and help that I felt more comfortable with him. While at the dealership, he was so detailed during the whole process of finance paperwork and other items that I remained very comfortable and happy the entire time. He continued to keep me informed while we waited for the Traverse to be delivered to the dealership and kept me informed of the upgrades and items that were being added before picking the car up. He was just as informative, respectful, and outgoing after the papers were signed as he was prior, which in my experience, isn't always the case. I would, without a doubt, not hesitate to make the 50 miles drive out to Josh in the future if another vehicle is required or to recommend the same to any friends or family. I value professionalism and stay loyal to those that make me feel like their only and best client, even though I know that is not the case! Excellent work, Josh!!! I can't thank you enough!

Had been looking for a Gladiator for a few months, was in no hurry. But I saw a Belzer ad online, contacted them and in a day was driving a Mojave home with a smile on my face. David Schoettler was my salesperson and was easy to work with. Everyone I worked with was great! I even ran into a good, old friend who works there, too.

Belzer advertised Ford 150 trucks at discounted prices on...

Belzer advertised Ford 150 trucks at discounted prices on line the last week of June throughJuly 8th. My husband called to purchase one of them and he was told that they could not sell or reserve a vehicle before it is on the lot. They said they are a first come, first serve dealership.the truck will not be on the lot until July 20th.Now they.raised the price by $6000.My husband called and asked about the rise in price , he was told they lowered the prices in order to boost car sales for the month of June and they will not honor the sale price because the sale is over, but they are willing to let us order a truck through them. Yet they advertised this truck and several others to attract buyers with a sale price that expired before anyone could buy any of those vehicles. I don’t think this is an ethical way of doing business.We will order a truck but not from Belzer. Bait and switch? After I submitted this review, the manager that I listed in the review called my husband, he was angry, somewhat verbally aggressive and ended the conversation with a threat of putting a note in our file. We don’t really know what that means but I definitely do not recommend this dealership. Our experience went from bad to worse! Enough is enough.
