Arrived a little early and got taken in shotly after. Service was good.

We came in looking for a specific truck we saw on line over the weekend. We met Dan Drentlaw and he showed us the truck we were looking for. It had just came in and he said it probably wouldn’t be ready for a day or two. We explained our situation to Dan and he did everything he could to make sure we left that day with the truck. We did! Nate in finance was awesome as well and so was the rest of the Belzer staff. It was a great day after a crappy weekend. Thank you to all for the help and getting us what we needed!

Save yourself lots of headaches and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS dealership. They are interested to get your money and wash their hands of you. I recently purchased a 2018 F150 from them and have had the vehicle in the shop 3 times now with various issues. I dropped back into the dealership to have a bedliner installed and asked about a few of the issues I'd been having with their service guys. Two of the issues were taken care of by my local Ford dealership in southeastern Minnesota under extended warranty. The 3rd issue, my dash being majorly warped. I brought up the issue to them and showed them the issue. They agreed that something looks majorly wonky with the dash and it was not right. The service adviser brought up service records to see if any work had been completed on the dash assembly itself. They claimed that no work had been completed but showed nearly 4 pages of services records on the vehicle itself. There appeared to be some sort of paint and body work done in one of the records but they wouldn't disclose exactly what it was or what area it affected. To me the warped dash appears to be an issue where the air bag went off and was not fixed properly. The top defrost vendor is covered under a TSB but the vehicle was 2,000 miles past the original Ford warranty so no coverage. They were not willing to do anything to re remedy the issue and essential gas lighted me on the entire issue. Future buyers be warry, look over every inch of your potential purchase and if you can, buy elsewhere!!!

This was hands down the auto dealership experience that I have had to date. The staff was very friendly and the even came in on his day off to make sure thing went smoothly.
