I went to Pine Belt Cadillac and was more than pleased I was there looking around and a salesman by the name of Alan walked up to me and he was showing mea few of many cars and he said come with me there is one in the back well there it was the car of my dreams also one that I was sure I couldn't afford this incredible car then Al said come with me then I met an Incredible man that asked Me do you really want that car I said yes but was sure I couldn't afford it be said were going to get you that car and this Gentleman worked on then he went to work and worked intensely call after call never giving up and I still am amazed at what he was doing to put me in that car yes not only did he succeeded in getting me approved for the car I drove off the lot the same day with it, I can't thank Eddie enough for the time and Heart he put into doing this great job to help me I will always be greatful to him he is an amazing man and Pine Belt is very fortunate to have someone that talented I can only say Thank You and God Bless you your an amazing man , Greatfuly Larry Foca

If you are shopping for a used vehicle, this location is a first class dealership from top to bottom. I’ve spent a lot of time researching the vehicle I wanted prior to coming down for a test drive. Shopping for a use vehicle can be a scary experience. However, Dealing with salesman Mike D’Espositio was a pleasant surprise. Mike was honest about everything. I found him to be respectful and highly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He came across as very personable and considered my needs. Another courteous and respectful staff member I met was Ed Castillo. Ed also made this an awesome, stress free experience. When Ed handed me the keys to my vehicle I know I made the right choice. I love the fact that they worked with me and didn't try and for me into a deal that I didn't want, I gave them a price range I wanted to stay in and they went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that not only fit my budget but that I liked.

Lied to, mislead, wasted my time. Told them run credit through 2 particular banks only but they ran it through 9. Credit score now lower.

Made a deal on line then came in to the dealership and everything was exactly as proposed. No hassle at all. No other Cadillac dealer was able to do this deal.

We have recently purchased 2 vehicles from Ed he was very helpful and helped us get the best deal even in these bad economic times. I would have to give Ed 5 stars across the board. Well be back and recommend all our friends and family to him.
