Bad dealership

They sold me a car And they do not honor their contract. The salesperson I purchased from left the next days. I was told he was fired. They are the worst !

thay helped my father when no one else would there wonderful

Always Great

The dealership is one of the greatest they go out off there way to make you happy and to get you the best deal from them an also the banks they flight to get the best loan and rates i brought a 20017 impla and my husband brought a 2016 Ram and Alex Santos filled both cars up with gas, so hit up Alex & Eddie Castillo at belt and tell them Derick sent you..

NIGHTMARE OF A DEALERSHIP

The experience was a nightmare. The so called manager Akram Ali should be fired very unprofessional not even a returned call after calling him 9 times. Car is sitting in my driveway with expired temporally plates. No idea reached out to general motors for help.

Wasted hours of time

I was able to finally purchase my new car after HOURS of wasted time waiting for other people to be located. My salesman was nice but didn't seem to care much while I waited hours to sign paperwork even though I came in with a cash deal and I explained my situation many times that I did NOT want to sit and wait around due to a medical condition. The woman (Sue) who had me sign my paperwork was also not pleasant, not sure if it was due to a long day or what but there were a lot of negative comments thrown around while I was yet again waiting as they entered a HIGHER amount for the vehicle than agreed upon so once again I had to wait for someone else to change it. I LOVE my new car but could and should have had a MUCH better experience with the parties involved.

Akram

Manager Akram tried to charge me for certification of the car I wanted to buy! I really wish that I could talk to the Cadillac franchise people and let them know what is going on at this dealership! Bad business stay away people unless you want to get your hard earned money taken!!!

Comfortable

I went there after I filled out a online credit app. They where very helpful and got me a deal when no one else bothered to help. They made me feel very relaxed and did all they could to get me into a affordable car.
