OIL CHANGE WITH NO SURPRISES!
My representative Raymond was attentive and professional. My oil change was completed in a timely fashion, the car was washed (which was unexpected and nice!) and I was checked out and on my way.

I had an oil and tire rotated and they had me in and out in 45mins. Which was great cause I had my 15mo old with me.

Disappointed and angry
I have been to this dealership numerous times and this was my second bad experience. Called for 1 day no one answered in service. So called the personal assistant they left two messages because they could not get an answer.. The next day they called me back, we got you appt. 4:30 next day.show up, pull up in service no one around 15 min. (I'm very patient) no one has yet to acknowledged me. I stopped man asked for help he said hold on 5min later another man pops out. Meanwhile both guys approach me like what am I doing there this is the service dept. no? He ask me who I'm there to see. I did not know, he's like oh sorry I got off at 5. It wasn't yet 5 I said can't you look it up in the computer so he did. Sorry no appt. He says would you like to make one. I showed him my confirmation # he's like we'll sorry can't help you besides we have no loaners. There was no customer service transaction here.

Had a very pleasant experience
I gave this rating because i had a very pleasant experience when i visited for the first service to my new vehicle when i got there it was busy but everybody was very attentive and took care of me as soon as possible

Pleasantly surprised
First time going to a dealership for service, and I found the experience great. I was worried that my issues with car may need me to argue about, but that was no the case at all. Ray was super accommodating and professional. Great way to start a relationship, and I will be returning!

Intial Service on my new Q 70S
My Q 70S was serviced to my complete satisfaction. My service consultant Raymond Graham was waiting for me when I pulled in. He answered all my questions in a knowledable and courtious manner. The car was serviced and returned to me in pristine condition. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
