I just got my third car from here and love my sales guy Bruce Friedman! It's like family when I go there. Everyone is nice and friendly. I think I got a great deal and will keep coming back!

I’ve bought and have serviced several Kias from Preston and I will continue. Recently had my wife’s Telluride in for service. While working on my vehicle, i was texted a video of my brake and tire condition. I hadn’t really been thinking about replacing either until now. We have some travel planned and wouldn’t want to drive distances without new tires and brakes. Thank you!

Took my car in for service, they did everything they said they would do in a timely manner and returned my car cleaner than when I brought it in. They kept me informed throughout the process with texts and even a video regarding the wear and tear. 100% professional every step of the way. I

Very disappointing experience. Kia told us we would get a " brand new motor.. 0 miles" after we had a oil issue ( Kia flaw) instead we were given an old motor in my 3 year old Sportage. And.. 1 quart low on oil at return. They did add some oil to my passenger side seat which they cleaned after it was pointed out. Kia told us 3 days for replacement took 2+ months with no call from the service manager. We had to call 5x till anyone returned our call. This really needs to be rectified. They need to do what they said they would do. Spoke to the owner on Monday and still haven't heard back. Very dissatisfied with Preston Kia. I always thought you gor better service with small town business. Their customers are generally family and friends. This was definitely not a new motor. 😐

Tom Barrett … he is definitely the best. He is responsive 24-7, cares for you, is professional and only wants to help you find the car that meets your needs. I went in to buy one car and left with two. Great guy; not your typical salesman, I’m so happy that I was introduced to him!! Tom is a 5+*!! Sadly, the finance process to purchase the car and walk out is much longer than needed. If they have everything prior to arriving, it should not take 3hrs.
