Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. Kia told us we would get a " brand new motor.. 0 miles" after we had a oil issue ( Kia flaw) instead we were given an old motor in my 3 year old Sportage. And.. 1 quart low on oil at return. They did add some oil to my passenger side seat which they cleaned after it was pointed out. Kia told us 3 days for replacement took 2+ months with no call from the service manager. We had to call 5x till anyone returned our call. This really needs to be rectified. They need to do what they said they would do. Spoke to the owner on Monday and still haven't heard back. Very dissatisfied with Preston Kia. I always thought you gor better service with small town business. Their customers are generally family and friends. This was definitely not a new motor. 😐

Tom Barrett … he is definitely the best.

Tom Barrett … he is definitely the best. He is responsive 24-7, cares for you, is professional and only wants to help you find the car that meets your needs. I went in to buy one car and left with two. Great guy; not your typical salesman, I’m so happy that I was introduced to him!! Tom is a 5+*!! Sadly, the finance process to purchase the car and walk out is much longer than needed. If they have everything prior to arriving, it should not take 3hrs.

Tom Barrett is a wonderful sales associate.

Tom Barrett is a wonderful sales associate. I can't imagine working with any one else. I have worked with Tom for many years and for many vehicles.

I want to thank JJ for everything he did to put me in

I want to thank JJ for everything he did to put me in the car of my dreams. He has always come through for me when it's been time to trade. Simon was great. He helped ease the financial part, making sure he covered all aspects clearly and thourghly. Todd was wonderful. He took the time to install everything on my phone so it communicates with the car. He then sat in the car with me, going over every feature, insuring I understood how to utilize them. He made sure everything was programmed to my preferences as well. Good customer service is as important to me as a good, reliable vehicle. What I experienced was excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I walked out.

My service appointment was immediate once I drove into

My service appointment was immediate once I drove into the Service Center. i was greeted professionally and I don't remember if it was Sam or Jordan but he could be an offensive tackle for the Browns. Once everything about what i needed done , every thing was thorough , xxxx, I was even sent a video of the work being done to my Sorento. Needless to say , I was pleased and happy to wait for my vehicle.

We drove 2 hours to buy our 2025 Sorento.

We drove 2 hours to buy our 2025 Sorento. Dealt with Ed Smith on the phone. Everything was exactly as he had stated. When we got there, everything was ready to go. They went over everything and we test drove the car. Would highly recommend Preston Kia and would buy another vehicle from them!
