This is a great dealership to buy from.

This is a great dealership to buy from. Friendly sales and service personnel. Provided really good presale assistance. Answered every question that I had. They are the best dealership I have ever worked with.

They ran a hard credit check on me 20 times screwed my credit rating up realy good. DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU.What buisness in its right mind would do THAT.PRESTON DOES. Not once or twice. 20 times! What a xxxx show their running.

Excellent customer service. I would definitely bring my kia seltos back for any work . Excellent work . I was so glad to get a loaner car .

Extremely pleased

Kia communicated with reminders of up and coming service call. I was called by the driver who picked up my car from my home when he would arrive. Kia performed all service call was scheduled for this routine maintenance. Both inside and outside were cleaned. The technicians removed items from inside the car that were in the way to get better access to clean and wipe down surfaces. The windows were cleaned leaving without streaks. I was very pleased.

Outstanding Service at Preston Kia

Outstanding service! Staff is amazing! Thank you for taking the time needed to understand the problem I was having with my navigation system. Thank you to Todd and Brianna for your efforts today. Service was excellent and I am feeling grateful that my issue has been resolved. Feeling grateful also that I can continue having my car serviced here for future needs. Thanks so much again!

Routine service for my 2023 Kia Sportage!

The service attendant, Brianna greeted me when I got there! … and went over the plan of what needed to be done by Service! And I spent a little over an hour in the waiting room! When the service on my car was complete Brianna went over everything with me. Then took me to my car and I was on my way. Everything was fine Service!

Meh not the best

Phenomenal at getting you approved, very kind and polite, not so good at working on your car, need to keep bringing the vehicle back for continuous mistakes

Awesome

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We worked with 3 different James, ironically. James Cain was our salesperson and he worked super hard to find us the exact cars we wanted. James Clark was the sales manager and we got us a great deal! James Preston was the finance manager and he made the signing process smooth and easy. Hats off to all three of you and the Preston team. We will never buy cars anywhere else. We are so happy with our two fortes and beyond happy with the service we received. Genuinely great people there!!

Service

Brought my car in for an oil change and had some questions about my breaks the service man checked my brakes and reassured me that everything was OK with them they was very trustworthy
