Awesome KIA buying experience

I helped my 22 year old son make his first vehicle purchase and everyone at Preston Kia was wonderful in making this a seamless process for him. They got him in the car he wanted and at the monthly payment he could afford.

I had my 2011 Kia Sorento in for a recall repair and to have the wiper blade for the rear hatch door replaced. While the repairs were being done another recall on my vehicle was found. This was taken care of also. My vehicle was scheduled in at 11:00 AM and all repairs were completed by 11:40 AM. If I had anything at all that I didn't like about my experience it would be the chairs in the waiting lounge were to low to the ground. I have bad knees and it was difficult for me to get out of the chair. My repair experience was as usual a very good experience. I have bought two vehicles from Preston and have always received a great service experience. Everyone there was polite and courteous.

Excellent Place To Buy A Car!

Since I live miles away from the dealership, all the leg work was done on the phone and over the computer. When I got to the dealership, everything was in order to purchase the car without a delay! Excellent!
