On July 14 2023, I purchased a Dodge Charger rt from the Wolcott location. The vehicle had numerous obvious defects, and I was assured by the saleswoman "Everything it needs will be taken care of prior to delivery ". Within 3 days, I notice various safety equipment malfunctions as well as a check engine light for misfire. I was prompted to return to the dealer for repairs, which I did. They fixed 1 of 3 problems, and reset the code instead of repairing the vehicle. It was returned to me, I assumed fully repaired, only to take the vehicle to a different dealership for service and finding out they had never fixed the vehicle. I returned to Wolcott 3 days ago, only to be told my warranty covers nothing, and they don't care I've never had a working, whole vehicle. I was offered a "discount" to fix issues original to the vehicle. My intake and exhaust manifolds are also shot. I have only driven it in the summer, and put 3k miles on the vehicle in a year. I was told by the manager " we only made 800 dollars on the car" and "what do you want, you got a good price " essentially. I paid in cash, up front, for this car by the way. To this day, repairs have not been made, I took the vehicle back this morning. After giving the dealership in Wolcott a chance to make this right, and their failure to do so, I have no choice but to litigate. The vehicle and warranty service were misrepresented at time of sale. Unless full repairs are authorized, at no cost to myself, I cannot see any other means to resolve this situation. I will also be contacting NYS to inform them of the safety equipment failures at time of sale, and would call into question their licensure to sell/inspect vehicles. I will actively be pursuing the auto fraud in court. I will further be contacting CoC and the NYS atty General. Having returned recently at the request of management, I picked my vehicle up today expecting it fully repaired, only to have the engine light come on 30 miles away. I will have no choice but to sue for the significant harm and financial loss I suffered due to misrepresentation at time of sale.

I purchased a dodge challenger from them. I want to warn everyone I can about them. BEWARE OF ALL THE EXTRA STUFF THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU & ALL THE EXTRA FEES THEY WILL TRY TO PASS OFF ON YOU!! I transferred my registration and plates, from the car I traded in to them. They charged me $194 for registration. I shouldn't of had to pay that. I've emailed the salesman, and he won't respond. So, now I'm going to have to file a small claims lawsuit against them. If you are doubting what I'm saying, go to there website, and check out my review there. I uploaded the contract I signed with them. My name is Chris Lambert, and it way about 3 weeks ago. I would strongly recommend not purchasing a vehicle here.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Brad lied to sell the extended warranty and it isn’t worth the paper it is printed on. Two normal repairs and neither was covered. Stay away from this place!

Disappointed
We purchased a used 4 wheel drive vehicle that supposedly had an extensive 119 point inspection which I’m certain did not. We failed to notice that front and rear tires didn’t match and the front set surely wouldn’t pass NYS inspection. We had to purchase new tires and have them aligned, an expense not expected. The belly pan was torn and falling off and had to be replaced. One key fob does not work, a fog light bulb was blown and on warm days, the car has a peculiar smell. Overall, I would not recommend buying a car from this place.

Dissatisfied and disappointed.
Recently purchased a dodge charger from the Wolcott location. Was not buffed or exterior cleaned. Windshield wipers don't work at all, headlight lenses are so damaged the headlights can barely be seen. They claim the vehicles go through an extensive inspection process, they obviously do not. The price was higher than it should have been, no spare tire either. The sales girl was pushy. Would not buy again, and would never recommend.

We had a horrible experience with Auto Outlet of Wolcott in Wolcott, NY. In December 2021 we purchased a 2013 Audi All-Road from them for our teen son. Two weeks after purchase the car started to have major problems-needed a quart of oil twice a week, among other things. We contacted Wolcott and they pitched in $500 toward the over $4,000 in repairs (the first found of repairs). After four months and over $6,700 in repairs, we found out the car was most likely a "flood car." The mechanic who specializes in Audis stated "there was so much sand going half way up the engine block that it looked like the car was left on a beach at high tide." This dealership did not offer to take the vehicle back or refund any portion of the purchase price, all this when we contacted them just two weeks after purchase to report that the car was having issues. Most recently (May 2022) the car broke down on the interstate, and was towed to our residence. In addition to being a drain on our wallet, it was also very unsafe for our child to drive. So here it sits. It is not running and Wolcott is refusing to help us out in any way unless we bring the car to them (178 miles away). Why would we put any more $$ into a car, including flat-bedding or towing charges, that is obviously a money pit, only to be told there is nothing we can do for you? The electrical system is fried. I would rather call 1800Kars4Kids than have Wolcott get a dime for parts. Wolcott said they couldn't do anything because we "didn't purchase the warranty." We don't recall any warranty being offered. Additionally, the way they have handled this situation has us believing they would most surely not stand behind the warranty and that the repairs would probably not be covered. In NYS if a car has over 100,000 miles (this one had 118,000), they will use the Lemon Law as a defense. So we are out $21,000 with no car to show for it. We invite Wolcott to dispute any of the above if it is in any way untrue. Again, we just warn you ***BUYER BEWARE***
