Poor service, not recommended

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased my car early October in 2021. It was delivered by a driver, since I live in NYC. The driver notified me that one of the low beam lights was broken and upon my own inspection I noticed that the jack was missing (a safety feature apparently not checked by the dealer when prepping cars for sale). I was assured that I would get reimbursed for the low beam light and the missing jack. However, even after following up with the sales rep, C. Shoemaker, three times over the last months, I have yet to receive any reimbursement. In other words, the service and all the promises of that dealership are not worth a penny.

Buying are car easy and fast

Needed a car quick they found one for me very fast salesman was great to deal with definitely would recommend them they found the perfect color and options that I wanted

Good Guys

I recently bought a '17 Chevy Equinox from Jamie Godkin. All aspects of the process were handled very professionally ,and very friendly. He was patient with my questions, and my selection of tryouts. Everything was handled smoothly and painlessly,..........just the way it should be. We have purchased there before, and will be back the next time we need a vehicle......Thanks Guys....!

2018 Ford escape

Jamie Godwin excellent salemen. Everything went well. He sold us and my son a vehicle. Everyone we spoke with were great. Could not ask for anything better

Service department

First of all the I wouldn't tell anybody about this dealer because it was a very bad. First of all the sales was so fast that I didn't pay attention to price that sold me the vehicle, on the web page it was $9950.00 the price I paid was $11,950.00. I wrote to them and nothing. There was a dent on the passenger side fender and the sale person said they would replace it. I picked up the van and didn't notice the scratches in the paint until on got home. I called them and I had to drive up there to show them. They said we hurried him up to get it done, I drove back home which was 1hr away. About 1 week later they called me and said they had a rental car for me. This van was a piece of xxxx, breaks bad, knob was working and exhaust was very loud. We didn't drive it at all, they call and said my van was done and I picked it up when it was raining after getting it home found out didn't fix it they just tried to buff it out. I have sent them 3 letters about the issue, and only 1 phone call. Sending my last one today to say I'm going to have it fix myself

Good Sales Experience

I bought a used car from them on 10/31/2020. Bradley was our sales person and he did a great job; he was very pleasant and not pushy at all. I would purchase from him again. I knew exactly the car I wanted to test drive, and it was at a great price and in good shape. He didn't push me to try anything else once he knew what I was set on. Purchase made that same day, and the team detailed the car while I did the paperwork. Very seamless experience. Everyone was doing a good job with Covid precautions, otherwise I would have walked out. Great job, folks!

I'm Auto Outlet's Biggest Fan!!!!

During this wild and crazy pandemic, I knew I didn't want to go out in the world to shop for a car. I knew I wanted something reliable. I'm a teacher in Peru, New York and I really need to get to work each morning on time, if not early. I went onto Carguru. I started my online search through their platform and I luckily stumbled upon Chris. He works for Auto Outlet of Wolcott and he is wonderful! He took the responsibility of suggesting a 2017 GMC Terrain, black. He took care of everything! By the way, this is an area near Syracuse!! Chris got everything all set, sent me a video "walk through" of the SUV and had it sent to me 2 days later. Hassle free! It was ALL such a good, happy car buying experience for me. I cannot share enough how wonderful Chris and his team were. I will be looking to trade in my truck next year and I know exactly who I'm going to contact!!!! (by the way, I'm telling all of my friends about how kind and STRESS FREE this experience was.) Trust me on this, they will change how you feel about searching for and purchasing a car. Good service until my check cashed

They were great until after they cashed my check. The bank didn't take my deposit on the vehicle into account when making the check. Called about 3 times to try to get a check mailed, after almost a month I received my check in the mail and the clerk didn't even look to see how much it was supposed to be for and was 500 $ short. Also almost a month in and not sure what is happening with the touch up paint they said they were mailing out so I can touch up the body, and now how long i will have to wait for the rest of my money is anyone's guess..they will practically forget about you or not be able to perform simple tasks to make sure the post sale is seamless. Couldve been a great car with great service but they disappointed

Would not trust this place

I went in with the intent on trading in a truck in hopes of buying another used one. Was not greeted by the salesman who was too busy to come out from behind his desk. Even in this time of pandemic I would think a respectful good morning and smile from your salesman would be a must. Then the grumpy lot guy who barley broke a smile to point us in the right direction to enter the building. I should have known from here to leave. So my truck was completely undervalued due to some what any reasonable person would seem pretty easy fixes and when I was delivered the news and in shock by it the salesman had the nerve to say HE was I insulted because I felt that was too low and they could do better. His rebuttle was they are a small dealer and they can't afford to take such a hard loss, yada yada and they can buy the same truck in the Midwest but better yada yada. Well clearly working to help someone to bring their target area up a measly 2k was too much to ask this particular salesman and he was too insulted to proceed. What is even more appalling us he has the nerve to deliver an insulting price and then spin it back to me THE BUYER that I am in the wrong for feeling that way? Well I now see how this place works. Too much entitlement and not enough about the customer. I went to a SMALLER car dealer and they offered me my asking trade in which was the 2k I wanted them to go up so clearly this place had ZERO interest in helping the buyer one single cent. Based on the greeting (or lack thereof) and arrogance they get a minute 100 stars from me.

Deplorable

Lies and not holding to their word is what you will find here. Total lack of customer care and will not try to help you in any way other then taking your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
