Satisfied customer

Dealers usually get a bad rep, but I can honestly say that this dealer was different. Jerry was so helpful, and put me at ease. He explained everything in detail, was very patient and understanding, and got me approved despite some credit issues. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I will definitely be back!

Ask for Jerry!!

Hands down the best car dealerships on the island. JERRY exceeded all of my expectations. He went above and beyond for me. He gave me an amazing deal on the car I wanted. Everyone is very helpful and they will get you the car you want, but Jerry is the best! He is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He made sure the car was perfect before I took it home. Highly recommended is an understatement! Couldn't be happier! Thank you, Jerry!!!

Guess the price?

Give the actual price of the vehicle. Shady items like additional price nearing $4k so you can advertise a lower price are why the industry has a bad name.

Go to another dealer

Not a very good experience at all. I wanted to test drive the car I was about to buy and the salesman drove it over a curb and scraped the whole bottom of the car. Have had nothing but problems with the car. $20,000 Infiniti g37x sedan. First was a oil leak. Then my transmission was slipping it needed new fluid and a flush. Now it’s summer and my ac doesn’t work and I need a condenser. Very unsatisfied

AVOID

I went in the buy a jeep wrangler that was listed at $26,000 with no down payment as you can see on the AD. But once we got there the sales associate tells us that is the price with $5000 down. So the actual price ended up being 31,000. I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership to find out they are just false advertising cars.

Unhappy customer

I was mislead about how many miles were on the car and overcharged by $3,000. I wasn’t going to say anything until my car broke down after my warranty ended and the owner was unwilling to help me. After spending $1800 to get my engine fixed at another place something still wasn’t right with my turbo which was replaced while I had a warranty which they fixed. I wanted them to look over my car and see what was wrong with the turbo and the owner got defensive and I walked out. Later that day, I gave the engine a look over and a vacuum hose was unhooked. I fixed it myself and I don’t know anything about engines. I was so mad he wouldn’t help me he should be in the business of helping people not turning them away. I was and I am still very upset.

My purchase process at this Dealership was absolutely amazing , Jeff isn’t a regular salesman trying to sell you a xxxxxxxx car and lie about anything. These guys here are the truth, if you’re looking for a car i would suggest!

Great Service

I came in to look for a particular car. I met Jerry my salesperson and he showed me several options of what I was looking for. He showed me their purchase and vehicle prep process with no pressure whatsoever. I finally found the vehicle I was looking for and in about 45 minutes I had my financing worked out and the deal was done. They had the car prepped and ready in two days. Jerry kept in regular touch with me, I picked the car up today and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jerry and Bill, you made what is normally a very stressful process and simple pleasure. Thank you both you are awesome.
