Sales Rep Jerry K was very kind. Car shopping for a woman can be very intimidating. Jerry however made the entire experience comfortable. He was very helpful and had no problem explaining any or everything needed to be known and engaging in the conversation with pure patience. A few snags before the transaction on my end but Jerry and his boss still remain patient. There was no shady business or stones unturned with him and If I had to go back and purchase another car, I would go back to Jerry. I probably will be bringing one of my kids to him as well for their cars!

Jerry truly provided the best car buying experience we've had. He went above and beyond to make our experience run smooth. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed when it came to helping us chose a vehicle. His approach was quite relaxed and he didn't make us feel pressured or rushed. Jerry helped me out a lot. He tried to accommodate my needs even though his authorities had other intentions of how the deal should commence. I got charged $5000 more than what was advertised. Nice car though.

The original car was sold by the time I came in. We decided on a different Car that was listed at 16795. I always research what I am going to buy. I come to pick it up the next day and they raised the price to 20016 on my contract with out my knowledge(make sure to check the math before you sign!!!) the car had a service light on also. Jeff my salesman Let me know they have a full service dealership and their mechanic Lewis will take care of it. Well Lewis calls me and says everything “seems” fine but I don’t know how to fix your car.... the incompetence was outrageous. They made me take it to the dealer MYSELF. 2000 for new headlights. These guys are down right liars and will take advantage of you with a big smile on their face! BEWARE

Went to look at a car that was only $80 above book, so I thought the price was fair. Set an appointment for test drive, the salesman is try to sell me on I a car I had come to buy. We looked at the car, liked it, asked for the price, he says lets work on the number. I say, I don't want to test drive without knowing what the car cost. Seems like a no brainer you would think.. No not so much.. We get to his desk, he takes time looking up the price on NADA, I said is the posted price the price or not.. I am not getting really annoyed, I said, look I have cash, I want to buy the car even now without the test drive.. Fumbles about for another two minutes and then comes back with a price of $22,300 for a car listed at $17,990. I said to him, that not only did you loose a sale today, you lost a customer.. See if he didn't make us wait, didn't try and give the BS of looking at the price onlt to tell us it was $4000 more than listed, I would have bought the car !! What a moron, I would have offered $22k out the door and he would have had a sale. But, when I ask you the price and I just get finished telling you how much I hate mislisted pricing and then you trying and get away with it anyway.. It means you're either stupid or don't care.. Either way I won't spend that kind of money with people like that.. Stay away.. I guess the wonderful Jerry was not there when we were, perhaps it is Jerry who is writing all these wonderful reviews.. Because what I have seen from this dealer is the same from every other one.. xxxxxxxx who would rather screw people for financing rather than actually give a dam to sell a vehicle to a qualified customer.

Very easy going process. They were able to accommodate my budget very well and even pointed me in the direction of a cheaper car insurance to even further assist my budget. Jerry Kay was super helpful and I feel like he was on my side of helping me and not just pushing a sale on me.

I was really excited about the car and to discuss things. Prices are not as advertised and they only want to do business with you if you finance. If you are trying to pay cash they do not make money from that. And they’ll repeatedly try to sell you a vehicle to you that you are not interested in at all. Plus they lied to the finance company. The finance company called to verify things and what Jerry told them wasn’t the truth. I did not like how I was treated. Everything happens for a reason. Glad the deal did not go through.
