Offered to pay their asking price for a car I like but the car needs new tires. Had a flat when I went to test drive and the tread life is below State required minimum of 2/32". My sales guy Moe is a very good guy but he was told he could not agree to the tries being replaced. Over 28,000 miles on what appears to be the original tires.
