You do get it that these vehicles have been badly damaged; that's why they're sitting on this lot and not Hennessy Cadillac's. AX Auto's statement that they have "specially trained buyers" may be true but it's an irrelevant fairy tale nevertheless. And you also understand that the State's re-certification inspectors check only the drivetrain, steering and brakes. I have spent over $3,000 in three separate flood damage repairs -- but not to the drivetrain, steering and brakes. And please tell me you know that these cars and p/u trucks are worth absolutely nothing if you try to sell or trade them in. Even AX Auto (in a deep dive of their mission statement) admits that you have to keep the vehicle ten years to get any value out of it. I was charged a $1,000 Lojack fee -- meant to control THEIR inventory with no value to you as the technology is obsolete -- insurance companies offer no discount -- and a $1,000 loan origination fee. I was kept waiting around for five hours, from noon to 5:00pm. I should have walked out but that's on me. So if I added the $5,000 to what I paid AX Auto for a car worth absolutely nothing I could have purchased the same Cadillac from a reputable dealer that would have real and tangible value -- and no flood damage. And a solid dealer to stand behind the purchase.

***Do not buy from here*** The shell of the cars are pristine. However, the parts are junk parts and the tech at this place will keep you coming back to spend more money. We bought 2 cars from here due to the awesome line up and review ratings. The ratings can’t be real except for the ones with the “real issues”. Both cars broke down one within warranty the other 3 days outside of warranty. The in-warranty was fixed and it broke down again with the same issue 2 weeks later. The second car we did not send back due to the reviews stating every time people took their car back something else went wrong. However the Mercedes went back a second time due to the issue being the same and not fixed correctly. The manager Kahn tried to con me into believing that it wasn’t the same issue even though it was the same issue (would not start) after arguments I paid the funds requested it took 2 weeks to fix and I picked up the Benz 2 days later the steering wheel shaft broke and my kid almost crashed. The police office said if she was on the highway it would have been life threatening. They refuse to take accountability or empathy for my child. They are liars and scammers. It’s a legal matter now. “You’ve been warned”!

Fake people. They will sell you whatever the want with words. Make sure to read their warranty which is a selling point. They will tell you their we site says its 2 months warranty but then their paper work will say no warranty sold as is. Shady scammers. Bringing the news to them for ATL people to know about this fake place. STAY WAY

Stay away. You have been warned! The sales xxxxx at the beginning – all amazing. The people are friendly, of course, it’s part of the sales pitch. I even told Sam I know all about sales and I give him credit for some of the xx he would say but I backed him up because I know how a business works. Now, I bought a beautiful R8 $130k from the outside but internally broke. LITERALLY 1-2 Hrs after leaving their lot, I hard clicking noises under the car and told them immediately. 11 days later I told them I would follow up to find out on my own what the issue is because I live 200 miles away. I took it to a specialist for those cars and they found a bad front differential that would cost 4-5k to fix. I contacted the dealer immediately for a follow up since I told them this LITERALLY 1-2 HRS AFTER leaving their lot. This is a power train issue which is stated on their website and they tell you it has 2 months warranty Well, now Mr Sam from AX Auto called me back after few days of not contacting me back, stating that he will not bbe able to gst it covered under warranty because the car drove “ fine” before selling it to me. Mr Sam wants me to buy the part (2-3k) and he would install it for free. LOL! Are you serious? Not to mention they didn’t let me test drive the car before the purchase because it’s a very low to the ground type of car. Mr Sam will learn the hard way about warranty issues. I have contacted my attorneys and will start the law suit next week. Mr Sam does not know the funds are endless and I don’t care if legal and lawsuit fees raise the high numbers. He will pay all that plus attorney fees. STAY AWAY

I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Their pricing is extremely misleading. I was interested in purchasing a 2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 listed for $65,000. After checking the Carfax, I found that the book value is around $40,000 and the vehicle has a salvage/rebuilt title. Buyers should be very cautious and make sure to check the Carfax before purchasing, as this information was not disclosed upfront.

Buyer be aware. I bought a 2019 Mercedes S 560 from AX Auto in May 2025. The car blew the engine 5 weeks later. I hauled car back to AX auto. They tell me motor is damaged from riding in rain. The funniest thing i ever heard. smh. The engine has a hole in it from mechanical failure. I went back and forth with them for a month or so. They would not honor the 2 month warranty that is supposedly given when purchasing vehicles from them. Now im stuck with having to get a new engine on my own which is super expensive. Im going to see what the courts say. FYI- One better read all paperwork thoroughly when dealing with them because there is no warranty. They only verbally tell you that. AX Auto is a sac of cow Dung. And Khan is Garbage also. U wont continue to be successful doing this kind of business.
