I just purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage from International

I just purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage from International KIA of Orland Park and couldn’t be happier! Yancy in sales was wonderful he listened to exactly what I needed and didn’t push features I didn’t want. The finance process with Jamie was transparent, with no hidden fees or pressure for extras. They were very accommodating and customer focused.Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience. Karlos and Frank were great. Very personable and transparent. Stephan was great in finance as well. Really good customer service and very fair on our trade in and couldn’t beat the process on the new car.

Purchased a used car from them a few weeks ago.

Purchased a used car from them a few weeks ago. Worked with D'Angelo as my sales rep and Stefan in finance. Both were very professional and easy to work with. D'Angelo was very knowledgeable about the car and its features even though it was not a Kia brand vehicle. No pressure sales just kept me informed about the vehicle and pricing. Stefan in finance was also very professional. He explained the optional items, their cost and coverage and let me make my own decision yes or no and was not pushy on selling me additional items I had no interest in. Would definitely recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to buy from them again.

Horrible experience with their finance department and

Horrible experience with their finance department and General Manager, Chad. My family has bought five cars from here. We moved to Tennessee and traded in a car we bought from a Kia dealership here, where we had a fabulous experience. We need a refund on our gap insurance, and I have been trying for three weeks to get someone to help me. I talked to one finance person, finally, after going online and cancelling my gap insurance myself, explaining to him that the dealership has to give me the refund. I asked if he needed my new address since I didn't want the check sent to my old house, and he didn't take it. He said he would handle it, but I got one phone call and one email with no information. I have emailed and called and no response from him. I then called the GM several times and emailed him, no return call at all. Horrible customer service. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund on gap insurance sent to me. If I owed them money, they would be all over me. I have family and friends still in Illinois, and I will recommend not to get a car from there. So disappointed. I plan to take more actions to get this refund since they won't help one of their customers.

Muhammad was AMAZING!

Muhammad was AMAZING! His customer service exceeded all salesman that I met on the day of my purchase. Actually, ever! Very friendly, personable and not pushy whatsoever. After meeting the manager and financial representative, I was sold! Make sure to ask for Muhammad when purchasing your new or used vehicle. You will not be disappointed!
