Shawn is a gem. My husband needed a new truck after an unpleasant altercation with a deer on the highway. We walked in wondering about the samurai sword on display and Shawn instantly joined the conversation smiling, and joking with us while sharing the meaning behind it. He is has an easy going fun and humerous, demeanor which is very appreciated as buying a vehicle can be a stressful event. He is an absolute joy to buy a car from. I have never considered Buying a Toyota myself but after the rock solid service from him, his manager and finance staff I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Corwin and with Shawn. Mr. Alex Salgado made sure I left the dealership with my new SUV happy & content. I came when the power was out after the storm but he made sure I got to see the two cars I came for after looking at the two online. He made sure to update me every day until I left home with my new SUV, he never pressured me to look at other cars, and understood I had a budget. The finance team was also amazing, they also went above and beyond, I got approved at 3-4 banks and they made sure to give me the best deal while working with these banks. I left the dealership happy with my car & extended warranty that didn’t cost much. I’m so happy I came here! My trade-in went smoothly as well!! Thanks to everyone who worked with me!!

Alex has the best customer service. Great to work with on finding a used or new car. He is straight up honest if he car get you in a car or not. The service department needs work. I was told my car would be ready Saturday but now it won't be ready till Monday or Tuesday. y'all need to get your facts right the first time and don't keep on postponing me taking possession of my vehicle.
