The salesman Tony was honest and straightforward without

The salesman Tony was honest and straightforward without being pushy. He worked with my family closely to not only get us the car we wanted but also the car note we could afford. The experience was amazing.

I can't say enough about the team that worked with me to trade in my car for a 2017 Kia Sorento. Kathy Shute was so patient and so kind during the process!! Definitely ask for Kathy if you are in the market for a car. She is the best!! Thank you Kathy!! Also, Lynn Bailey..thank you so so much for working with me to make this car mine!! And Parker Lowery, thank you also for handling all the paperwork!! Such a great team that helped me!! I love love my car!!!

I have so much PTSD from going back and forth to this

I have so much PTSD from going back and forth to this place! I bought my very first vehicle and had a BEAUTIFUL Warrenty on it. I can say from the time I brought my Kia Sorento there, I continually had to keep going back 4 to 7 times EVERY TWO WEEKS! It was always something! They had to fix my air a good 5 times before I just left them alone and actually sought after Professionals else where! Screws would be missing, air would continuously go out, THEY’D LEAVE PARTS MISSING ON MY CAAAAAAAAR!!!! I really believe they took advantage of me and my warranty because the Front Desk Service Manager guy said and I quote, “My men have to get paid somehow!” Ugh! Then the cherry on top was… My front light went out! An EASY $367! FOR ONE LIGHT! Never again! Right now I have a recall on my vehicle and I’d rather just “Time Will Tell” it before I go ANYWHERE NEAR Wilson Kia! What a WASTE! You know what? It got so bad with the amount of back and forth I was doing that my children would ask, “Where are you going Mom? To Wilson Kia?!?” Ugh. Just UGH!

i have bought 4 r 5 Kia's from Wilson Kia. i have never had a problem with them. Anthony Thompson was very courteous and professional. i felt very comfortable at this dealership. i will always go back to Wilson Kia.

Poor service

Another bad experience with Wilson Kia. There is a recall on the latch hook on my trunk and the trunk will not open. They know this is due to this is defected latch hook. I was told by a service manager that I had to pay for the labor of getting into the trunk so they could replace the lash hook. Ridiculous. And I was fed a comparison of a restaurant worker doing labor and not receiving a tip to my situation with my trunk that has a recall on it. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement.

YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS HERE, I PROMISE

-At delivery car was not clean -In two years I have never been able to get anyone to answer the telephone. I have to physically drive there to get a service appointment -Made a cash purchase and had to chase them down to get the title. It was on someone's desk being ignored.

Do not buy/sell a car from this dealership!

Wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT buy or sell a car to Wilson Kia. I sold my car on 4/28/2023 and have yet to receive payment from Wilson Kia. They claim they cannot pay me until they "receive title to the vehicle" Yet they have already sold the car? Seems fishy to me that you can't pay me for the car I sold you without title, yet you're so confident that the title will clear that you can sell the car? Makes absolutely zero sense to me. I have sold many cars and worked with many dealerships, and it has never taken a month to receive a payment for selling a vehicle. Stay away!! If you must buy a Kia, buy literally anywhere else.
