Can't get an out the door price on any vehicles.

Can't get an out the door price on any vehicles. They want to blow your phone up. I wanted to buy local but old school sales tactics are a thing of the past. Just answer an email

While the dealership was a normal experience, they didn’t

While the dealership was a normal experience, they didn’t do anything to really entice a return visit for another vehicle. Their service department wasn’t willing to release the work they did on the used car that warranted a $3500 price increase. I had to bring the vehicle back because it threw a check engine light within the first month and during service admittance I noticed 3 stored codes from the ABS module. I have an extended warranty that I bought with the vehicle and they were trying to tell me that warranty wasn’t applicable within the first 30-45 days or within 1000 miles from time of purchase. I had to argue the point before they relinquished. After the service repairs they said they wouldn’t give me a copy of the work performed. I’ll find another DCJR dealership to perform further work if needed under warranty.
