I love my new Mercedes

I don’t even know where to start. As a lot of people know buying any car is a stressful process but Auto Center Sales made the sale process very easy. I was relaxed and wasn’t pressured by anyone. Definitely coming back in the future.

I bought my first car

Let me start by saying everyone at Auto Center Sales are very friendly, helpful and professional. I was shopping for a used Audi. After I went to a numerous other dealerships, I found a car that I liked here. I called them to schedule an appointment for a test drive, Destiny on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. Upon my arrival Mindy was my sales person had the car ready for me and she was very nice and helpful as well. They let me to get the car checked by my mechanic before buying it (not like other dealerships I went to). After everything was checked out by my mechanic, I made a deal right away. The price was great and the car was in great shape. I’d definitely be back for my next car.

Waste of time

Like most people going to a used car dealership, I had intentions of coming here to buy a car. As an out of state buyer, I did not want to make multiple trips - I wanted to get everything done in one day/trip. I asked all relevant and typical questions to make sure I would be good to go. I wanted to make sure I was prepared well in advance as I was going to pay in cash. The sales person, receptionist, or whoever was helping me couldn't answer the simplest questions. They kept saying "I have to wait for my boss to come in to get you an answer". I was planning my trip and purchase around my work day. Here we are 48 hours later, the day I am supposed to look at the car, and I still don't have any answers or responses to my questions... When talking on the phone, the person helping me seemed new. After reading reviews on Yelp and other places, I'm not surprised with my experience. Probably high turnover here. They did me a favor. If you have common sense, don't bother looking here. They only want to waste your time.

Horrible

They will not fix any issues with the car they sold you regardless of if they sell you a brand new car. Will not pick up calls and they do not assume any blame for the issues even if the issues were present when you were sold the car as new

Not honest!

Do not trust your vehicle to them. Find a place with integrity and that you can trust. I wouldn’t let them work on a bike for me ever again. Lies

They are so disrespectful

I went in to buy a Tesla and they tried giving me a Ford with a Tesla sticker on it and it literally had dog xxxx in the middle of there building and no toilet paper or paper towels

The caught on fire!

The car I bought used started to smoke 2 days after I bought it and a fire started! I had to call 911 for them to put it out. this is scary do not buy!!!!

Great Service

Mike was very kind, thorough, and patient with all questions. He listened to what I want. Walked me thru the different types of SUV. I got what I needed and had a pleasant experience
