My experience with DriveMax in West Bridgewater was
My experience with DriveMax in West Bridgewater was extremely disappointing. I found a car I loved and went in prepared to purchase it with cash. From the moment I sat down with the sales agent to negotiate, it was clear the staff was inexperienced. The sales representative was willing to walk away from a cash deal because I refused to purchase their “DriveMax Care” package for an additional $1,000. I was told it was required in order to buy the car. They frame it as “pre-installed accessories” that they don’t want to remove, but it felt like a forced add-on simply to inflate the price. After pushing back, they eventually agreed to remove the package. What really aggravated me was what happened next. I rushed back to the dealership with a check for the balance because I was told the car would be ready for pickup on Saturday. When I arrived, the car was not ready at all: • The car had not been washed • The bumper I was promised would be buffed and polished was untouched • The inspection sticker had not been done • The tank wasn’t filled with gas On top of that, the dealership charged $895 in fees, yet I still had to handle several things myself, including working with my insurance to transfer my plates and taking the car to get the inspection sticker. The situation got even worse when I took the car for inspection. The car failed because the OBD sensor was not operating. When I contacted the dealership, they told me I needed to drive the car back to them. At that point, after everything that had already happened, I simply did not trust them to handle the repair properly. I asked if they would reimburse me for taking it to the BMW dealership instead, and they refused. Between the forced add-ons, unclear fees, the car not being ready as promised, and it failing inspection immediately after purchase, this was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I’ve had. Buyers should be very cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented before completing a purchase here.

sold me a car that had the check engine light turn on the next day, water in my headlights, screen freezes/doesnt work, remote start doesn’t work, breaks need to be done. and had the audacity to ask me to remove my review after they have done nothing to resolve my issues. not even an apology. do not purchase from here, they do not care

I worked with Ivan or Evan and right away I knew he
I worked with Ivan or Evan and right away I knew he didn’t seem to prefer me as his customer. I even told him what I perceived and he confirmed that I had a good perception. I purposefully came under dressed with a sweatshirt and didnt put in my bottom partial. As I suspected they probably thought I wouldn’t be able to secure financing. Little did they know I make over 6 figures a year and my boots alone were priced over $200. It could be a nice place but the moral is very low and the staff has not been trained in customer satisfaction. All in all I left feeling stereotyped and judged as soon as I walked in the door. I will not be recommending them. Not all staff seemed rude but I noticed that they treat customers of color a bit different. I was over hearing an older gentleman working with his sales rep and he was kinda dismissive as I assume he assumed that being older and black does not require their time of day. The reviews might have changed as you are entered into a raffle if you leave a positive review. Sale’s manger came out who enlightened me that he has been doing his job for over 10 years and wondered if I knew how financing worked. I better having worked for one of the largest financial institutions in the world long before he was even born. (Yeah GS the big conglomerate) But this is still America and it’s amazing to see how personal perception seems to still be the standard over genuine respect. Way to go Bridgewater. I didn’t get the car but even if I had I would still have to leave an honest review. I don’t like to see people mistreated because of age or race. Please run a training about how “not to discriminate based on preconceived bias.”

BIG MISTAKE!
BIG MISTAKE! I called the SERVICE DEPT to ask a simple question, was told TOO BUSY, given incorrect information. Called and left detailed message that WARNING MESSAGE was on - IGNORED! Spoke to SALES MANAGER (who from what I've seen just sits at his desk). Said he would call back and didn't. The problem what what I'm told is a SOFTWARE PROBLEM - seems to indicate SLIP SHOD SERVICE. Tires WON'T HOLD PRESSURE! All caps were CROSS THREADED which seems to indicate that SERVICE was aware of the problem, just too lazy to correct it. DAVE, SALES MANAGER wanted me to drive vehicle (on a highway) to business and risk a BLOWOUT due to LOW TIRE PRESSURE! SERVICE CENTER failed when I asked a SIMPLE QUESTION. It is understandable that so many photos are included to conceal the AFTER PURCHASE FAILURES!

From top to bottom this dealership cares nothing about
From top to bottom this dealership cares nothing about the customer after the sale. It took me 3 months and 6 calls to get reimbursed for my sticker fee. My truck did not come with a lug wrench or an extension bar needed to lower the spare, after a dozen calls to my salesman and service manager who said they will order the part have I received this very important item. I got a flat but needed to get my truck towed to a service station to have the tire changed. These people care nothing for the customer. I recommend staying clear of this dealership.
