I went to this dealership to check out a vehicle I saw online. I ended up waiting over 5 hours. Paid $2500 down payment on the vehicle. I did not haggle price with them. I wanted the vehicle and processed the paperwork. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership. They told me the vehicle will be ready for pick up the next day. 1 week and a half later, the vehicle is still not registered and I am still waiting on them. The keep lying and giving me the run around. I went to the dealership 1 week later because I was told the vehicle will be ready. It was not ready when I got there and there was a bag full of trash on the back seat floor. The odometer read over 300 miles above what it was a week ago when I went to take a look at the vehicle. I took the car the way it was in that condition because it was late by the time they came to talk to me and I did not have any ride back. They told me it would be ready for sure on that day and I went there thinking it would be as they claimed. I had taken a lyft ride there. So I drove the car back home. The original paperwork did not include my trade. They fixed it on that day when I went to pick up the car. The car was not detailed, tires rotated, or inspected when I got there. I was told all those things will be done by the time I got there. It was not so. They promised me the registration will be completed the next day. I called the bank they were supposedly financing my loan through and the bank said they don't even see an application in their system for a car loan for me yet the finance manager claimed my loan was approved. They lie about everything and up until today, the vehicle is not registered. It has been almost 2 weeks. I finally got around to checking the Carfax and it shows the vehicle had been in an accident and the odometer is possibly rolled back. Please stay away from this dealership. I contacted them to give me a full refund for my down payment and for them to pick up their vehicle. I plan to seek legal action against them. I am still yet to hear back from them. They are not trustworthy. Do not work with this dealership. Very unresponsive dealer. They are quick to take your money and then after that, everything just goes in slow motion. They don't pick up your calls and when they do, they put you on long holds.

I found This Dealer on Line and selected a Used car on their website , When I got there I was greeted with the utmost respect, They pulled out the car and allowed me to road test it .I was unsure of what I was able to afford.They took the time to go over the many differnt models have to offer. The quality of all cars were great. It was hard to choose from a wide selection of cars. Finally I decided and purchased my Ford.
