Routine maintenance

Shannon was an awesome advisor, Billy, the Service Director is top shelf and the technician who serviced and cleaned my truck was fantastic. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Check engine light and oil change

I had a check engine light and Was told I need a new catalytic converter ($1500) and an exhaust component ($300). I got a second opinion from an independent mechanic and he said if I fix the exhaust compent, that is what causes the CC light. He fixed it for $125 and solved the issue. I lost a Lot of trust in Ferman and probably won’t do business with them any more or buy my next car there. I bought my 2012 Equinox from them and expected better.

PICKY PURCHASER

I went into Ferman Chevy 3 separate days/times to drive the 2019 Traverse. I spent lots of time with Bogi each time asking questions, driving the vehicle and then leaving to think about it. I also drove all of the "other" Vehicle Brands in the same category as the Traverse at all of the dealerships along US19 in this area. Each time , Bogi was friendly, full of information and never was upset when I left the previous 2 times. He kept in contact with me by text (my request), but didn't "overly" text me. Bogi definitely has met my satisfaction and I will be recommending him to others looking to purchase a vehicle. I will also be recommending the Traverse. I love my new vehicle!

Bad speaker

I travel 2hrs each way for service. Loaner car makes it possible for my wife and I to do some shopping Tom is a great service manager very accomidating

my overall experience was impressive .

My experience with Ferman Chevrolet started positive with my dealings with salesman Kyle Barry. There was a period of negotiating concerning my trade, but he handled it in a professional manner. His persistence and respect concerning myself lead to the completed purchase of our 2017 Buick encore. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car from him. Also, I would like to commend Charlie Cox in his prompt and professional manner of completing the finance portion. This is rare for me to give an excellent review, but it was deserving for giving positive credit when due.

Fast, friendly and professional.

I have used Ferman Chevrolet's service department for several years and found them to be upfront and honest about what I needed done and the things they recommended. Based on that experience I purchased a new Chevy from them and found their sales team easy to deal with. They are friendly, professional and willing to work with you in negotiating a fair trade in and new vehicle price.

Wonderful car buying experience

Chance and Bogie helped us find a car that fit the needs of our family and worked with our budget. Chance worked true miracles to get us a monthly payment that didn’t break the bank. He is a wonderful, honest and real human being. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him.
