Buying a Car without Drama
We stopped in on Sunday to look for a new car, had an associate Open the door and Greet / Welcomed us ...( Something we DIDNT receive at another local dealership) received respectful honest & very efficient service - hence driving a new car away just a few short hours later. Excellent Service
Brought in vehicle for possible front end problems, intermittent shimmy and a rubbing sound. Apparently vehicle was repaired correctly. Staff provided excellent service. Extremely satisfied.

unlock tires
I was purchasing new tires and the wheels were locked and the key was missing. I went to Ferman to have them unlocked so my new tires could be installed. They removed the locking devises and installed just the regular lug nuts. Without an appointment, I was out of there in approximately 20 minutes and there was no charge. They were very pleasant and accommodating.

Issue not resolved- I found a workaround myself
I brought the car in because I tried to fill the tank at two different gas stations and on both occasions the pump would constantly stop as if the tank was full; even though I had just started pumping and the tank was nowhere near full. They said they tested and found nothing wrong, but they tested it with the gas pump that is at the dealership. So it wasn’t a field test where you get accurate results. I took the car home and the problem persisted and I found out that I need to pull the pump out to where the manual doesn’t suggest. Because the manual states that the pump needs to be pushed in all the way and that’s what I was doing and it was constantly stopping. So now when I don’t push it all the way in, it fills the tank up without constantly stopping. My issue is that the day I went to pick up my car while I was questioning my service guy about the issue, he rolled his eyes at me, which I found quite rude. But what bothers me more is the fact that when I came the next time for an oils change and I entered the shop, my service guy was not there. There were two individuals at their respective desks who were engaged in a conversation. I waited for a while and not one of them turned to ask if they can help me. They completely ignored me and continued their conversation The guyls name is Tom Meinhold. After waiting a while, I finally asked if my service guy is there and the girl just halfway turned around and said yes, he’ll be back soon. Then she turned around and continued and they walked out of the service area. I waited and waited and finally a mechanic walked in who asked if I’ve been helped and at the same time Tom Meinhold walked in behind the mechanic and I said: yes I do need help, because I’ve been ignore this entire time and at this point Tom turned to me and said what do you need , I said you saw me and ignored me, at that point I turned and saw my service guy walk in, so I stopped talking to Tom. I think it is not professional of the service people to ignore a customer, even if that customer is not assigned to them. My service guy, Tony, is actually a nice guy who appears to want to help and I don’t have an issue with him. He did roll his eyes, but I believe he was just frustrated and I forgot about that. But Tom Meinhiol could definitely use some training on how to deal with customers.

WAS MY CHEVY DEALERSHIP FOR 20 YEARS
LEFT AN OIL FILTER WRENCH IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT ON THE FENDER. COULD HAVE DONE A LOT OF DAMAGE IF IT HAD FELL INTO THE FAN OR OTHER PARTS. TOO BAD REALLY FRIENDLY PEOPLE NICE FACILITY. HAVE MESSED UP THE LAST FEW TIMES I HAD MY CAR SERVICED RECENTLY. MABEY TECHS ARE OVERWORKED. SOLD BY CHEVY LAST WEEK MOVING ON TO A DIFFERENT BRAND.
