SVG Chevrolet

This is our 2nd vehicle working with Amber and Blaine. We bought a car in February of 2019 and it was totalled in an accident a few weeks ago. Amber was able to find us another vehicle based on our needs and wants and they worked together to get us in this car even though we are still waiting on adjustor and insurance to settle our other car/loan. We are so grateful to have such an easy transition into another vehicle and it be one less thing we have to worry about. Thank you to our SVG friends Amber and Blaine.

I had an excellent experience with SVG motors in Greenville ohio. I had not been able to find a dealer who would work with me. Amber found me a car, did all the necessary repairs and found a bank with a good payment. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Amber the saleswoman.

I tried for a week to purchase a 2019 Chevrolet Cruze LS hatchback VIN: 3G1BC6SM8KS569749 Stock: C2083. I was trying to work with Jennifer Cupp, but she stopped responding to my emails after I made 2 offers on this vehicle. I offered SVG Chevrolet the "Final Price", and the "SVG Price". Both prices were taken directly from the SVG Express on the vehicle listing. I already had pre approved financing through Capital One Auto Finance so this should of been a quick transaction. In conjunction to this I also have a GM Financial pre approval, and filled out a dealer credit application (as required by Capital One Auto Finance). I also submitted my GM supplier discount code just in case I could use it. I finally gave up on SVG because of the lack of communication. It took days, and several emails before I received an email from Jennifer saying "she was waiting on her manager to accept my offer". To this day 20 days after my first email I sent I never heard if my offer letters were ever accept. I offered the advertised "SVG Prices", the "Final Price", and was unable to purchase the vehicle. My final thought. Maybe you shouldn't advertise the "SVG Price", a "Final Price", and a "Conditional Final Price" if you're unable to sell the vehicle for the advertised price.

I was so impressed that Tim went out of his way to leave the Chevy Dealer to go to Dodges across town to show us the truck and we bought.

Service was awesome and pretty fast. I got exactly what I wanted and I absolutely love my car! I feel like Amber really listened to my concerns and was understanding and patient.

Amber was really great at helping us to find exactly what we were looking for and spent the day with us making sure we were able to leave that day with our new dream car!

Went shopping for the last truck I would buy. Went to a few lots around. Stopped here at SVG the people were friendly and personal. Liked that I could see trucks from different locations and have them brought here to test drive. Other sales people at other lots were pushy and did not want to talk on price but stick to the price it showed on windshield. SVG was not pushy. All in all good place to shop for a car or truck.
