Kurt and his team were awesome from the minute I asked about a SUV over the internet to the time we drove it off the lot. Didn't leave one stone unturned before we made the 3.5 Hour drive to see the vehicle. As far as trading our old car in Kurt stepped up and offered us more than its worth to help us out something the "big" boy dealership couldn't even come close to doing.

Went searching for a used truck and this place has an abundance to choose from. In fact, Chris A, the salesperson we dealt with, said if you cannot find a truck at Open Source you will probably not find one. Chris made it easy to look at and buy truck. He is very good at customer service. Truck had an impeccable history of preventative service. It needed a few things and Open Source covered them - like new tail lights (although reverse light bulb went out a few days after having truck). Truck did only have 1/4 tank of gas upon pickup after purchase. Not a big deal since gas is cheap and they bought the tail lights. Check engine light went on after one day of having it home, but Chris A was more than helpful in figuring out the issue, which was minor, and provided a $20 part for no charge. Had truck inspected at local mechanic recommended by Open Source prior to buying it. They did find some issues and were forthcoming about the severity of them. Surprised during their inspection they did not note that the parking brake had been disconnected. Overall, Open Source seems to be a pretty forthcoming and fair auto sales company. I'd recommend them and be sure to check back there when in the market for a used car again.

I found a 2012 White Mercedes with low miles that I just fell in love with and Chris and Kurt were able to help me make a deal for it. They even let me drive it to my own mechanic to look it over. Very pleased with their service.
