Kurt, Chris and Tricia are absolutely awesome! Open Source Autos is nothing like typical "used car dealers". They are all extremely nice, non-pressuring and they worked so hard to get my family into a quality vehicle that fit our needs for a more than fair price. They truly treated us right in every way. Would not recommend anywhere else!

Decent service. Seemed honest. My local dealer inspection found expected issues with trucks that age & mileage, but more experienced shop found systemic engine coolant problems common to Dodge that he refused to fix, because he didn’t want me to waste more money.

Open Source made car buying less stressful and an easy process! Tricia is exceptional, she answered all questions and has followed up more than once to make sure we were satisfied!

I am not sure what to think, I am trying really hard to not think they sold me a car that had serious issues, we told them the importance of buying a new car and that 2 days later my wife and I were going to be, driving, to Colorado, and the heat didn't work, they didn't fix it even though they said they would and then while we were here, something with the tires broke and was banging and clunking when on less than perfect roads..now we have to drive all the way back with it like that and as you may know, there is nothing between here and there. I am going to call Chris and talk to him about this, and I hope they have the integrity to do what is right and fix this, because, why would I have bought the car knowing that this could happen. Another review to come later. but as of right now, I am not happy and would not recommend them.
