Skeptical at first; left very impressed!
I couldn't be more pleased with this experience. I went in a bit skeptical and these guys far surpassed my expectations. They took care of everything, and helped me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. I was also able to get a really great price on a Prius C -- over $2,500 CHEAPER than other dealers -- so I was especially excited. I've been nothing but happy so far and I definitely encourage others to check these folks out. Richard and Roy - thank you both so much again! You made buying a car so easy and affordable, I'm going to send everyone I know your way.

Freindly dealership!
Friendly dealership. I did not end buying vehicle from them. But they are easy to deal with and have good communication. Salesman Roy is very friendly, I recommend going to him.

Not customer service friendly
I traveled to Hertz hoping to purchase a vehicle. The customer service was very good, until I explained that I did not want to finance with them but through my bank. I asked for a purchase order to send to the bank, and was advised that they could "show" me the purchase order but could not "give" me the purchase order. Which was odd since our family had received two purchase orders to purchase two vehicles from a dealerships, without any hassles, within the past nine months. With Hertz my expectations may have been unrealistic to the situation. Their motto is "suppose" to be hassle free, which I interpret as, .......hassle free as long as you do it their way. The good thing about this, not so good experience, was that the bank ended up giving me a check for more than I anticipated, but I decided to take my business elsewhere. I'd rather stand on principle vs. having someone impose their principles on me. Nevertheless, it's good to have other options. Cheers,
