I so like to take my Subaru Crosstrek to Bob Moore Subaru! Everyone in the Sales and Service Departments I have worked with has been professional, friendly, and a pleasure to buy my Subura from; and keep it in top shape. I know I made the right decision when I bought my Subaru at Bob Moore Subaru in April, 2018. From that date forward all my experiences working with this car dealership has been a wonderful support and helpful information so that I might get the very best experience out of my Subura Crosstrek. I was really impressed by the professionalism of this company. They were not vultures and trying to push you into a contract you aren’t comfortable with. They gave me space and enough time for myself to choose the perfect vehicle and helped me with open arms... Very Professional

Great service and very knowledgeable people. The financial experience is usually what you dont like when buying a car. Adrian made it a pleasure! We came from out of state to buy. Bob Moore Subaru is top tier.

Disappointed

Friendly staff. Carter is a good guy, but, they failed to secure the hood properly, failed to place stem caps, and they failed to reset service recommendations notification. I’ve got to travel back there which is about 25 miles away. Disappointed!

Everyone here was outstanding to work with. As soon as we walked into the door my mom and I were introduced to Aaron Scott. He was such an amazing salesman. My mom was looking for a used Nissan Rogue we found online, and he knew exactly which one we were looking for and brought it up right away. He was so kind, funny and courteous and we really enjoyed working with him.
