Fast and easy
Absolutely amazing experience. Went to purchase 2 vehicles for work. Not only was the price exactly where I needed it to be, but the experience took less than 2 hours. Test driving, paperwork, and everything in between. Will be coming back in the very near future.

Never Ever Buy from Divan Auto Group
My husband recently purchased a Ford F 150. The first day he drove it, after the purchase, the dashboard lights lit up like a Christmas tree. They say their warranty was negated when we purchased another warranty at the time of the purchase. During the purchase we were told that purchasing the warranty and Gap Insurance was "required" by the finance company. He purchased the truck on a friday evening, and on Tuesday I verified with the finance company that they absolutely do not require the purchase of these two products, to the tune of nearly an additional 3 thousand dollars. We cancelled the warrenty, but apparently in Pennsylvania the purchase of the Gap Insurence, which we didnt even want, can not be cancelled.Divan lies and tells their customers about this only to pad their own pockets. When we contacted Divan about the warning lights all coming on they refuse to help and are instead condescending and ask what do you expect from a 10 year old truck?- well, what we expect is a truck that works longer than 5 days, especially when they just performed the inspection. Clearly their inspection practices are also questionable, or everything should not fail within a 5 day period of time. Never, ever even consider making a purchase from this auto group. So, we had the truck looked at by a reputable service station today (10-13-23), less than two weeks following purchase. This after the dashboard lighting up within days of my husband's purchase of the truck. When we complained the owner of Divan Auto Group (Dimitri) replied that it is only a minor sensor issue, that will cost less than 100.00 to repair. The service station says the truck needs a new ABS Module, is critically low on coolent and the hoses need to be tested for leaks, it is possibly leaking into the engine, the left rear shock is leaking, the breaks are low, but not quite failing just yet, and the frame of the truck is rusting and rotting. This particular issue was covered up by someone placing tape all over the frame. The reputable service station recommends the truck be traded in, if we have the opportunity, as it will likely cost thousands to repair. Clearly Divan Auto Group is far from having a satisfied customer.

Divan Auto Sales Highly recommended!
Just bought a beautiful truck from Mike. Answered all my questions quickly and honestly. Was knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. And we looked at several. I think we bought the best truck that was in our price range. After checking many lots in the area, I wish we had gone there first.

We Were Almost Killed. Stay away from Divan Auto G
No stars for Divan Auto Group. My husband and I were so excited to go see this truck at Divans Auto Group. Almost 2 hours away from home and we were almost killed. They had the truck washed and started, ready for a test drive. The gentleman dealing with us Mike was selling this truck, telling us everything great about the truck, just what we wanted to hear. We get in the truck, now this dealer sits along a highway, so we had to pull out onto a highway to test drive the truck. My husband pulls out and stops at the stop sign to pull out onto the highway and the breaks DID NOT WORK!! Again we almost got killed if those trucks coming down the highway wouldn't have been able to stop we'd be dead or seriouly hurt!! We finally got the truck off the highway and back to the dealer. I got out and went to my car crying and shaking so bad. My husband goes into the office and is upset clearly telling the gentleman that we almost got killed. He said" I apologize!" and came over to my car open my car door and was like "I'm so sorry I'm going to make this up to you, we're going to fix it, we're going to get you a gift card for a nice steak dinner for you and your husband, we're going to fill the gas tank because that cost about $100 and we're going to get it inspected before you even take it again." They are a mess, the cars should be inspected before anyone takes it for a test drive, because the gas line wouldn't have blown I'm sure they would have caught the dry rot gas lines. I read a review about a gentlemen who who they had sent to a inspection station who never wanted to inspect the vehicle they just wanted to put a sticker on it that's how Divan Auto Groups works. They get their PEOPLES to do their dirty work. I could say so much more. But you got the jist.
