They have some good cars but they also have some stinkers too. Their pricing is competitive and they have a lot of luxury cars that are in good shape. But for their economy cars it's hit or miss. The one car I looked at has frame rust pretty bad, trunk wouldn't open at all, interior appeared to be cut by a knife and they still wanted the average price for that car in good condition. On top of that the sales associate was a bit argumentive and condescending regarding the quality of the car. Also when I mentioned it's price compared to Kelly blue book I was told that it was a "random number that means nothing". I understand it's not the end all be all but the entire purpose of Kelly blue book is a rough estimate. Overall I would not recommend this dealership for most people and if you buy from them get a real mechanic to look at the car.

I bought a 2007 BMW M6 here. Everyone at this dealership will do what they can to answer your questions and work with you. I called on consecutive days to ask about the car, and every time, I was met with courtesy, knowledge, and reassurance about the vehicle. They provided all the videos and pictures I needed as well. The actual sale process was quick, fair, and I'd even say fun! All of my questions and concerns were addressed, they gave me the best price for my trade, and if I haven't mentioned it, the car is AWESOME! I would absolutely buy any car off the lot at Divan Auto Group.

Contacted the dealer about purchasing an Audi vehicle. Stated I have a blank check in hand from my credit union and would be willing to send them photo proof of the documents and they could call the bank to verify. Asked the dealer about doing an independent pre purchase inspection at an Audi dealership and he stated to me that the closest dealer is 12-15 miles away and they ONLY let their vehicles go up to 3 miles away from the dealer so I would have to have it inspected by someone else, AND they have a shop they recommend! Laughable. These guys are crooks and it didn't take my MD to figure that out. Buyers beware! I have purchased vehicles all across the country and never have I had someone tell me some bogus crap like that.

I found the The sales representative and the whole team to be very helpful. They helped answer our questions and provided great information regarding the car. This was an out-of-state online purchase and we found that what we saw online and what we were told over the phone is exactly what we paid for and received —very pleased with that whole experience.
