Bad customer service, I was left unaware of progress, having to call in and check to see what was going on. I wasn’t offered a loaner either, also my oil meter wasn’t even reset.

Came in for a oil change, took 21/2 hours, l took air out of two of the tires just to see if they would check tire pressure,they did not showed a coupon for ten dollars off was still charged full price would you like me to keep telling you how bad the service was

They were able to fit me in same day for an oil change. The people were very friendly and responsive, I am following Bill from Chevy Bridgeview. He is a class act and he knows how to run a service center! Happy to be a hawk loyalist
