The service was good for what we requested however why would you ever allow a vehicle to leave the shop wil low air pressure? Additionally when picking up the vehicle for COVID reasons we thought it best to wait outside. Then the vehicle was brought into the Bay Area and we were not told so waited at least an extra 10 minutes

I brought my car in for 2 things. To have a key and fob made and reprogrammed and to replace a molding that was ordered for the passenger seat. They did the key but it took an extra week for the part. Did not make me happy. Thanks.

Very quick and efficient service. Repaired a recall and then replaced a battery. Justin was very helpful and kept me informed while I waited. Clean and open waiting area with free WiFi.

I waited at the dealership for the servicing of my CTS to be completed which took about 1 hour. This is totally acceptable. In the past is was 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours to be completed which was unacceptable. Thank you.

Always have a good experience with the Hawk service department. Vehicle was taken at the appointment time and returned as promised. Very happy with the service department. Didn't need a courtesy ride home this time but I much appreciate the courtesy ride service when the service is to take more than a couple of hours.

There was a little confusion upon my arrival at the dealership which I guess can be blamed on the being the first appointments of the day. Check in was quick once the confusion of so many customers arriving at the same time had settled. The service itself was fast. Upon checking out there was some confusion about a coupon I had received via email butte service writer took care of it with no problem which was very appreciated and made the uneasy feeling upon arrival settle. I would definitely go back for service.
