I brought a 1 year old car in for a oil change and a recall for the electronics. You change the computer and change the oil and sent me on my way and I thought I was satisfied until I tried to make some changes on the screen. You changed the locations of many of the features and nobody could even take two minutes to explain them to me. Very disappointing.

Dealership itself was fine, and normally have good service. This time there was some miscommunication and I was forced to rent a car. It wasn’t a big deal, howerver operater was not the kindest. Called and asked about the status of vehicle and was told the service center was closed. I asked if that meant my vehicle was done or not and was told again in a much snippier tone that service was closed. Other than that, I have had good experiences here.
