I received good communication while I waited and was kept updated. The service options were well explained but there was no pressure. Facility was clean.

They are not honest, can't be trusted, always finding a way to make a buck.. wanted to take my whole transmission apart so they can charge me to either fix it or pay over $600 to tell me what they already knew wasn't the problem..don't trust them!!

I have had 0 issues with Hawk Chevrolet. They always have a loaner car when I need one and always communicate me if there are any issues (like having to order parts to complete the job). I would recommend them to everyone.
