I recently purchased a Chevy Express from AZ, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, AZ was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident in my decision. AZ went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and handled with care. You can tell he truly values his customers and takes pride in what he does. If you're looking for someone honest, reliable, and easy to work with, I highly recommend AZ. Thanks again for everything — I’m loving the Chevy Express!

I want to share my experience as a warning to others. While the staff was friendly—Mac, my salesperson, was very polite—he clearly lacked the necessary knowledge of his profession. The advertised price of the car was $11,999, yet by the time the paperwork was finalized, the total payoff ballooned to $23,625.52—even after a $5,000 down payment. When I reviewed the paperwork, I noticed I wasn’t given copies of everything I signed—only selected documents. The numbers on the Truth in Lending (TIL) disclosure didn’t add up. There were additional fees that I was told were added to the car price, but these fees don’t appear on the paperwork I received. The online price and the final sale price were significantly inflated, and no one at the dealership could give me a straight answer when I questioned the discrepancy. The car was also not properly serviced before I drove it off the lot, forcing me to return for promised maintenance. I was told the car would receive new brakes, tires, and an oil change. After asking for three days, I finally received a work order showing parts totaled $580. As a consumer, I know that quality brakes and tires typically cost more than that, raising concerns about the quality of the work. Additionally, the TIL statement included a $995 charge for “Flex Protection,” which I was told would be set up via email. I never received that email, and as of now, the service is not active. I now understand this charge is related to GPS tracking for repossession purposes, which is something I neither wanted nor agreed to pay for. This entire ordeal has been frustrating and financially draining. I am a disabled senior citizen just trying to live within my means, and I feel this company took advantage of my trust in the process. I’m now facing the possibility of needing legal counsel to resolve these issues. So consumers be aware

They certainly can’t take “no” for an answer.

They certainly can’t take “no” for an answer. They list the cars as lower than they actually are so then they hit you with thousands more dollars on top of the listed price. More than you’d see at any other dealership. The staff were friendly and just doing their job, I understand that. The system is just a little unbelievable.

Absolute scammers!

Absolute scammers! Stay away from this place. Advertise price was $21,500. Arrived at the dealership and they said they couldn't sell the car unless it was certified by them and it had to be an additional $5,000. What an absolute joke this is a bait and switch. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.
