Let me start off by saying this is a very high volume

Let me start off by saying this is a very high volume store. They are looking to move lots of vehicles quickly so make sure you know this before you plan to purchase here. ((Very busy-think ER wait times)) We purchased a transit van recently after driving 2+ hours for a very specific model after doing months of shopping around for our family of 10. We made an appt several days ahead of time & this was confirmed multiple times & even the day of. My husband even chatted with "Ken the online sales guy" asking if there was any "hidden fees" or if the CarGuru site had the correct price & he confirmed ahead of time. Fast forward we arrive to our appt & the sales lot is blocked off with "authorized people only" sign as if you're not allowed to go look at the cars. We quickly assumed it's because the sticker price on the car is about 10k over the carguru site....so we head in & meet with our sales guy AZ-go out & look at a couple and immediately find the one we want & test drive it. Done we're good & ready to get a deal going as it's taken 2ish hours to get that done. We had a trade-in worth about 7.5k on KBB (just so you know they don't care about those ratings they are never going to pay that —I think we ended up getting 4.5 for our trade all said and done bc we were too lazy to sell privately & drive both cars 2+ hours home after this day. The initial numbers come & there are tons of hidden fees which they claim to do to all the cars because they have had cars stolen in the past. They will charge you for their "certification" which is a "127 point inspection& they replace anything that needs done" ((okay where's the list of the 127 things you've checked & replaced on this specific van so we know what we're paying for-never got that )) along with anti-theft features that are already installed (so basically you have no choice) along with a GPS tracker that's "already installed" PLUS a transportation tee !!! Luckily for us my husband is a hardball who used to sell cars so after literally 8 hours we finally came to an agreement but of course they NEEDED us to finance with them despite a loan already secured by our credit union & ready to wire. They were able to match the rate so we agreed to go with them as they were pressing it SO hard. I will give AZ so many xxxxxxfor his sales ability at such a young age! He really went to bat for us to make the deal work bc my husband is SO stubborn. We are very happy with the van in the long run & the sales manager really negotiated with my husband well in the end but we left the house at 830am and didn't get back till 1230am !!! Only giving 4 stars bc the hidden fees & length of deal was making me cranky. Thanks AZ!
