Beware, this is a scam.

Beware, this is a scam. It works like this, they will advertise a car at a greta price. You call and they say that it's still available, when you get there, they claim that it has been sold, and the online inventory hasn't been updated. Then they show you a similar car at a higher price. After you are done with he whole process, they hit you with $7K in fees! That is 30% the value of the car. It's just insane. Stay away and save yourself a trip to this place. There are better and more honest dealerships around.

One the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with.

One the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Lied and overpromised on the price, did say a word on any additional fees, made up some fees and tried to justify them with other terms not known to regular customer. Made me come from NY to NJ driving 1,5 h one way to xx me and waste my time. All the cars are dirty inside and outside, definitely not waiting for you to be presentable. Additionally, the car I liked was showing 92+ K on Carfax report, but 87K on its actual dashboard. The manager was rude when started going over the nuts and bolts of the price. Funny guys… Never deal with this dealership.

If one buy a use truck or car from that dealership, you

If one buy a use truck or car from that dealership, you need to make sure they check everything as well brakes, air conditioners. Any mechanical problem in that car. I already had an problems and I didn't realize too late warranty expired. One need to check it with your mechanic within 24 hour's

This place is a total scam.

This place is a total scam. I went there based on price listed here on cars.com, a vehicle for about $13,800. Got there, took test drive, in which during-the salesperson willingly mentioned, ‘yes, it’s $13,800 but don’t forget about the fees…’ He went on to mention fees for tags, and then mentioned a $1000 fee for a tracker which he said ‘all dealerships are doing.’ I said well, I’ll see what fees you’re talking about when we get back. What happened next was appalling and I wish I had taken a picture to post. After I came to, I asked if I could see it again, he replied ‘no’ because I immediately called the place a scam. The vehicle price went from $13,800 to a total price on some sheet that they came up with to about $21,000. I swear. There was no haggling. I got up and left. Funny enough, while I waited for him to return, another customer was experiencing a similar issue- only his was related to the fact that they told him a vehicle was available, and it wasn’t. Same with me, this place list prices and tell you anything to get you there. And then it begins. I could have sworn dirty car salesmen went out with 2000’s. You’ve been advised.

I need to report what happened to me.

I need to report what happened to me. Maybe other people have a different experience, but this was mine. The customer service never gave due respect because for any information I needed, they never called me back, they asked me to go to the store to stand there for 3 hours without any explanation, they didn't return any email to me saying “ok”, after I picked it up I informed the car that it had a defect and carefully checking the car made me leave the service and wait 2 hours and they didn't solve my problem and they even told me that I had to reserve a time. Very horrible service and the way they work. I posted this information to find out what happened to me. I don't like posting this, but for me, the experience was horrible and I don't recommend it. the person who answered me was Camilo

I don't normally write reviews but this one is necessary.

I don't normally write reviews but this one is necessary. They post fake prices to get you in and waste your time. Just like other reviews I asked way too many times the walking out the door price and they refuse to give it to you. I had a woman call (with a crying baby in the background. ) It was so hard to even hear..very professional... She wanted to follow up. I told her I've been asking for a price walking out the door and still haven't received. She assured me she would be contacting the manager to work on it. I wouldnt give this place a dime of my money. Id be really surprised if any of those 5 star reviews were real. I've never seen such poor management. Whoever replies to each of these reviews, don't waste your time. I don't have time for these stupid games you like to play. There are way too many dealerships around than to waste your time at this one.
