Unnessary work recommended

Carry car in for regular oil change and asked them to check out washer sprayer they were supposed to fix last time I was here. Gurl tells me it would be $125 just to check it. RIDICULOUS!!!! Then she comes out and wants me to let them do unnessary things to my care for an outrageous price. This place is a joke as far as service department. I have recommended this place to many people as we got a Great deal on vehicle but service department needs to be more customer focused and less money hungry! I guess they have to pay for new building.

2018 Jeep Renegade

I have been shopping for a graduation gift for my daughter who recently graduated from college. After six months of research, looking for the exact accessories, I found what she wanted. A 2018 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk! Although the dealership was four hours away I contacted them via their internet message system. Joe contacted me within a short period of time, and almost immediately sold me on the vehicle. He answered all my questions, made me feel like a son was selling me the vehicle and emailed me with a rock bottom price! My daughter and I drove there traded her car in and and the whole transaction took less than two hours. Joe is very professional and a valuable asset to this dealership. Joe even called me back later that evening to ensure we made it home ok. I HIGHLY recommend Joe Epperson and this dealership to anyone looking for the rock bottom price and haggle free car buying experience!

2019 Ram 1500 Remote Start install

I have been using Paulding CDJR service for a few years now. I always get great service from Tommy and the team of mechanics. Never an issue with any experience weather at the service department or at sales. Which I have bought two different vehicles in the past two years.

Second Durango

First I called this dealer and gave my sales person Charles Harper my requirements for a new Durango. It included the Technology Group which includes all the new safety equipment. Charles reviewed all the available Durango’s that covered my requirements before I ever entered the show room. Due to the end of the year offers we wound up waiting a little. Then the owner realized we were waiting and came out to help. We finalized our negotiation with him pretty quickly and set up to pick up the vehicle the next day. Charles took care of the final process and everything went well on the pick up day.
