Bought an used Toyota Camry at a Lexus dealer

Although I was a long time Lexus customer, I was still very intimidated with all the expensive Lexus in the parking lot. I was just looking for an used 2010 Toyota Camry. This is my first visit of Walser Lexus after many years of absence. I really like the new environment: Upfront price (no haggle), one contact person. I didn't have to deal with manager or finance person. In addition of Carfax, Walser provides "Official Vehicle Documents" explaining the Service History with Invoices and repairs on my 2010 Camry before putting her on the lot. I was very impressed. When I walked around the lot looking for vehicles, there was no salesman rushing out to greet me. Other people may not like it. But I like the no pressure in the air. Since I like the new ownership, I'm keeping the Walser license tag on my Camry.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

My wife and I were wanting to downsize from an SUV to a car. We went to Walser to meet with Rosalie on the recommendation of a friend. We were pretty sure we new what we wanted but she helped us find something better yet. She was so friendly and helpful...not pushy at all. The general manager Scott was super friendly and supportive. Erick helped with financing. The whole experience was laid back with no pressure. It's surprising that other dealerships don't get that. Thanks to everyone at Walser!

Love my Lexus

Lexus of Wichita

Such a great experience buying a car from Lexus of Wichita. Sometimes this process can really be a pain, but the great folks made at Lexus of Wichita made it so easy. Rosalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was punctual, professional, and very direct with answering questions and having cars ready for us to test drive. The next purchase I make will definitely be from Lexus of Wichita!

Great thanks experience with Sawyer and Scott. Excellent service, knowledge of the cars, and follow up! I have always owned Lexus SUVs but I was thinking about getting something different but came back to this product. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated by Sawyer and Scott.

Service

I took my RX to Lexus of Wichita on 02/14/2020 at 8:15 AM, for oil and filter change, 30,000 miles service. My adviser was Rachel and she was super efficient and professional. My previous experience with a different adviser was awful! but this time, Rachel really exceeded my expectations.. She went over every detail including possible recalls my car could need. She called me when it was ready and is because of her that I will take my car again to your place for any service. Rachel is very kind and diligent, SHE IS THE BEST!! She deserves a 5+ in my book. :)
