Jeff Drennen Ford Tiffany Johnson

I purchased a 2003 Thunderbird and my salesperson was Tiffany Johnson. She was more than attentive to my needs, I asked for pictures and she sent me exactly what I wanted and more. I have never had a good experience at a dealership until today, when looking for my next car I will definitely be contacting her again.

Tiffany was great!

Tiffany was great! She answered all my questions about the 2021 Wrangler I bought. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future.

NO RESPONSE

I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT PRICE OF VEHICLE HAVING IT SHIPPED TO ME NO RESPONSE BACK IT SEEMS THAT MY REQUEST WERE OF NO CONCERN THEY ARE IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER ALL DAY YET COULD OR WOULD NOT EMAIL INFORMATION ALSO COULD NOT CONTACT OWNER I WISH YOU BETTER LUCK DEAN MUSTARD

Great long distance car buying experience

I think this is my first online review ever. Jamie, Brian, Aj, the drivers, and all staff I dealt with at Jeff Drennen Ford made this the best car buying experience ever. Courteous, professional, punctual, and very effective. You can tell they really care about their customers and they went out of their way to help me buy long distance (from Virginia). Highly recommended!!

Warranty work plus

I bought my Dodge Ram 2500 from here and also our Jeep Wrangler. We bought the extended service. The water pump recently went out and was under warranty. Labor was covered but we had to pay half the cost of the part. Come to find out they charged $700.00 our cost $350.00. But Auto Zone the water pump cost $50.00. I also asked them to check out the white smoke that billows out of tail pipe when I give it gas. They charged me over $600.00 to change out a couple of filters and guess what???? I still have white smoke billowing out of my tail pipe. I don't have an issue paying for it to be fixed but that's what I'd like to see my hard earned money go to is finding the issue and it getting fixed. I have raved about this place and have sent customers their way but I will not encourage anyone to deal with the garage.
