Let me start this review by saying TWO things, first I HATE to car shop, and second I live two 2 1/2 hours away from this dealer! Using cars.com I had found several cars that I was interested in one being at this dealer so I contacted them. From the start Zachary C. Mills was prompt and immediately got in touch with me to see what he could do for me and my search. I was VERY honest and up front with him that I was looking around, hated to car shop, was quit far away, was not playing the you give me this number I'll get back to you game that this is how it works - I was down to three cars dealer with the best deal gets it now make me want to drive to YOUR dealer! I was honest about our trade in and Zac Mills and his team were AMAZING with our beast of a trade in! We got exactly what we were looking for! BUT I still wasn't ready to drive 2 1/2 hours to sit and do paperwork and sit for hours on financing to wait and hear oh sorry you were turned down because you don't have stellar credit. In came Adam Mills. Along with Zac all of our information was taken in confidence over the phone and the application was done BEFORE hand - you see my husband works five hours away from home, the last thing he has time to do is spend his ONLY day home by sitting in a car dealer ALL DAY! No matter what I threw at them, they rolled with it and found a solution! Adam Mills got us approved but my husband couldn't get there to sign, NO problem they worked with that too! Seriously the more complex things I tossed at the two of them the more they just said NO PROBLEM! My husband called and said can you have a big bow on it when my wife gets there and sure enough Zac had a BIG green bow on the hood of my Suburban waiting for me! When I said make me WANT to drive that far Zac did EXACTLY that! Not only that, during my drive there he contacted me to see how the drive was going and that everything was going ok seriously what dealer does that? Then on my trip home he contacted me to make sure I got home ok - I don't think I've EVER had a dealer contact me to make sure I made it home ok, and that is not the first time I have driven that far by myself to pick up a car! This dealer is a small hometown dealer not a big fancy showroom in a little tiny town (trust me there isn't a Starbucks for MILES!) BUT they are doing it RIGHT! There was not ONE BIT of pressure from day one from Zac, it was just the opposite tell me what you want from us! It was the MOST RELAXED car buying experience I have EVER HAD!! I laughed, I joked with Zac and Adam, I went home not feeling stressed out one bit! Go see them you will NOT REGRET IT!!!

Just recently got a nice deal on a year old town and country. Wasnt sure how easy I'd be approved but Tiffany and company worked on it till I was able to drive away in a beautiful van. She's great you must request her when looking at a vehicle.

Zac Mills took time to take us to multiple Jeff Drennan dealerships to find a vehicle. He worked with us over several days and helped us find a used vehicle that fit our needs. He also helped coordinate some repairs that needed to be done to the vehicle. Zac was respectful, friendly and did not use high pressure sale tactics. We would definitely recommend Zac Mills and Jeff Drennan dealerships!

I was please with the integrity of zak mills and his coworkers. They made the car buy process easy and I feel I will be treated with respect there. Understanding, knowledgeable, and considerate.

After 8 hrs. Of waiting at the dealership of dealing with the banks and insurances Adam mills finally found me a car that works in my budget. I don't know any other salesman that would skip his lunch to help me find a car that suits me, fits in my budget and would actually wait that long to sell me a car. I appreciate everything that he has done for me ! If I know someone who is looking for a car, I would highly recommend Adam mills.

He couldn't have been more respectful, helpful, professional, or friendly. My first classic purchase and his first classic sell! So glad he could be a part of this buy with me and I couldn't be more thankful he was the one to make the effort to sell me such an amazing truck!!! High five to this awesome salesman he more then deserves a raise!!

Tiffany was very helpful. My husband went by himself she was able to help him without me being there. All I had to do was come in and sign paperwork. Will definitely go back for our next new vehicle.
