2016 Scion iM with 45K on it. Not bad. Minor things on the vehicle, but it comes with normal wear and tear from previous owner. I got a really good deal on the vehicle. Jason made it very quick and easy for me for the second time ive been here. I leave highly saticfied everytime ive been here and ive had great luck. I worked with Jason to purchase a 2016 Ford Focus Sport. Jason was very friendly and laid back. He took a lot of the stress out of the car purchasing process. I knew exactly what I wanted and he quickly got me and my wife in the car for a test drive. We were able to talk in private about the details of the car. Really good people to work with. Their communicatin was particularly excellent. Their software system allowed me to easily email or text, and many members of their team would fill in to ensure my questions got answered. No pressure, no head games. Jason ws gray to work with. Only knock I have against them is that they have a bunch of stupid fees, that they say can't be removed. Then they got thrown in as bargaining chips.

Bought a used Mercedes from them, drove 1.5 hours to buy, dis not disclose car had major problem that I later found. Sold me the car with a 3rd party warranty that they said would cover the repairs, warranty did not cover the repairs, ended spending over $2000 in fixing the car (broken flywheel, broken torque converter, bad front shocks, tires filled with fixaflat etc), gave them plenty of opportunity to help me out since what they promised with the car and the warranty turned out to be total BS. Be careful buying from them, won’t disclose major issues with cars, 3rd party warranty they sell/include is a joke and covers very little of the repairs and is very difficult to deal with.

Great customer service. Very friendly. Didn’t keep me there long. Knew what I was wanting and got me what I needed and out the door I was.
